This was me and the duck on a cruise not long ago.  I am feeling really bad that he can't go with us this time, he chose the cruise and was so excited about it but now he has to stay at work.  At least we can go later in the month on a short one.  Gosh my hair is much longer now, I didn't realize how much until I saw this.

Today is brought to you by the word axiomatic.  That means: 1) pertaining to or of the nature of an axiom; self-evident; obvious and 2) aphoristic.  Huh?  I had to look that one up too: 1) of, like, or containing aphorisms: His sermons were richly aphoristic and 2) given to making or quoting aphorisms.  This ought to be good since I still don't know what it is but here goes my sentence... (and it won't hurt my feelings if you skip this part because I don't know what the hell I'm doing here).

It was completely axiomatic that the young handsome waiter was going to bring me a lovely piece of yellow cake with no frosting but I doubted he'd get the cappuccino with the spumiscent froth on top correct, he just didn't have my confidence there somehow, mostly because of all the oblique aphorisms he was telling the young beautiful girl at the next table and besides, once again, I forgot to go pee first and had to go in that axiomatically germ laden ladies room so that was really too bad wasn't it?

My mouth is improving each day, it still hurts and I am still taking Advil but it's much better than it was and I know soon it will be fine.  Here's the deal though.  I get home Sunday night around 6:30 (because of the train from Tampa) after the cruise and I have a dentist appointment with the surgeon at 10:00 Monday morning and then at 1:00 that afternoon with my dentist to start the permanent teeth.  Who made these two appointments the day after my cruise?  Oh.  Wait.  Never mind.

And so my friends here's hoping your Thursday is lovely.  Mine will be for sure!

  2. Oh, joy! Well, it's going be difficult, but once it's done, you can put your feet up and not worry any longer...
I hope your mouth heals quickly. It heals faster than any other part of our body, so hopefully, you'll be plowing thru the peanuts soon
    Your sentences are a hoot!

  3. You & Chuck sure good good. I'm glad that he'll be able to take a cruise soon with you. About those words Bee, you are going to have to also explain how to say the darn words. Pronunciation, annunciation and then I might be able to read the word. And me being a former teacher. Yuck. ha,ha,ha.
Have a great day my lovely and very intelligent ( word ) friend. See ya.

  5. Yikes, you've two appointments after your cruise? That close to coming home. Yes, you did that and never gave it a thought. You'll be fine.

I love all the words you're doing. You realize if you keep this up you'll have a novel it you use each letter of the alphabet. I know you already figured that out. It will be fun. Just throw in a Y'all here and there.

Have a fabulous day honey. Big hugs to you and my very best to Roche. I'll bet he's excited to go cruising again. ♥♥♥

    Look at you two!
    You clean up right well!
Don't let the after stuff ruin the cruise... While it may not be pleasant, think about the AFTER AFTER stuff when your pretty new smile is all perfect! Keep thinking forward....

    Have fun!
