Well d#1 got here yesterday on time and went straight to bed.  The trip totally knocked her out.  She didn't even eat, just changed clothes and went to bed.  Poor thing.

Today is all the pre-op stuff so we'll be at the hospital.  Then the next day her hubby will be here.  And then the day after that it will all be over but the healing.

I am feeling stressed, I don't usually feel this way but I guess it's the upcoming surgery and all even though I have complete confidence in the doctors.  Anyway if I'm not around much in the next few days please forgive me.

And have a great Tuesday y'all... me too.

  1. This has really worn her down. I'm so very sorry, but like I said before, she's got a great support team!!!
My thoughts and prayers are with you all - and I truly mean it...

  2. ((hugs)) and best wishes sent to you and D #1's way for an expert uncomplicated surgery, quick healing and total recovery.
Totally understand why you want to take some time off this week. It IS stressful.
Love you and we will be here when you get back.

  3. She will be just fine!! She will have both surgeons in with her. She will be monitored at all times. They will give her magnificent drugs the first few days so the pain will be minimal. She has a lovely place to recover in, BUT I understand the stress you are feeling. We'd rather go through it then have to watch our kids in pain.

  4. I'd be surprised if you weren't anxious and stressed... You're a mother and your child will be having surgery. Don't worry about blogging/commenting, etc... although I do hope you'll update her status. I'll be praying for her.

    big hugs xoxo

  5. Buongiorno!
Cara Bee, it's normal that you feel stressed, the operation will pass and you can get your courage again, for D#1...you always get your strenght again, as you always did, while you lived very difficult times...and D#1 will be well after the operation, and you all will feel better!!!
My positive thoughts with you all!!!

    Big hugs!

  6. Bee, I will be keeping all of you in my prayers. Relax and rest every chance you get the next few days. I'll be thinking of you.xoxox,Susie

  7. You're bound to be stressed at the thought of your daughter having major surgery. Don't worry about not being around much here, concentrate on your daughter. I'll keep her in my thoughts and prayers. x

  8. Good Morning Bee,
Praying for a very successful outcome to your daughter's surgery. Also offering prayers for you and your family.

  9. Bee,
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your daughter! Back surgeries suck! I just had my 5th back surgery a week ago. Nothing compared to your daughter but I can certainly understand the pain that comes with back pain. She is lucky to have her Mom with her! I wish her the best!

  10. You are forgiven, what mother wouldn't be a bit stressed when her daughter is facing surgery! I'll be keeping you all in my prayers. Just update us when you can. Hugs all around!

  11. She's feeling poorly indeed. Bless her heart. She'll be right as rain shortly.

Have a terrific day honey. Big hugs. ☺

  12. Forget us for awhile Bee. You take care of your family. I'll be thinking of you all. See you my lovely friend.

  13. Don't worry about us, just take care of Dear D#1. We will be sending calming prayers, healing prayers and lots of good vibes.

  14. Please Miss Bee...I was totally stressed out that my baby had to go the doctor at camp for a runny nose without me. Your baby is having surgery, so of course you are stressed. I hope the time passes quickly and that by the weekend you 'll all be feeling better. xoxo

  15. Your priority is your family and that is how it should be. We blog readers will be here when you get back.

  16. I will be keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers!

    Big Hugs,

  17. I am keeping all of you in my heart.

    cheers, parsnip
