I did really good at canasta yesterday, I won a good bit actually, almost fourteen bucks!  It was my first time at the club and around any of these gals and they were really complimentary of the facelift.  It was nice to be out with them again.  Most of them have had facial (and other) work done so they understand.

Then I got a call (or three) from dear Edward and I am meeting him today for date #3.  Not sure where yet, he's going to be able to get away from his work for about ninety minutes and we are going to just have something to drink again and talk.  He says baby steps.  Anyway he's going to call this morning and tell me where to meet him.  I might get another kiss too. Well I will.  For sure actually.  He is smitten.  But baby steps.

Then this afternoon I have another facial massage.  I took a photo of my eye when it was swollen and discolored (it's already better) so she can see what happened.  I think it was just a bit rough or something, not sure.  Anyway I do still have fluid and some swelling and the massage is necessary I know.  It'll be good soon.

Three and a half weeks until cruise time!  And by then I will be discharged to swim in the pool and workout in the gym.  I am so looking forward to that!

Oh, I saw Andre' yesterday at the club.  He acted like he didn't know who I was, it was funny.  It was good to see him.

So that's it, that's all I know.  It's Friday.  Have a great one and you sure know I will too.  Come back tomorrow and I'll possibly kiss and tell.  We'll see...

  1. Kiss and tell. Yes, please!

Peggy and I were chatting yesterday and making plans for Saturday and she mentioned that the pool is now open, at least for the dogs. The water is still too cold for peoples. Or this people at least. :)

Have yourself an absolutely fab Friday! big hugs xoxo

  4. When you get to the point where you have the mayor and the Duck check him out, make sure you meet some of Edward's friends. That's a good test. If he's living a double life he'll have a bushel full of excuses as to why you can't do that. What fun you (and your readers) are having with your budding young romance! Can't wait until the next chapter unfolds....

  6. How fun for the game and for seeing Edward again. Yes baby steps is a good thing.

You've a lot of swelling still. About the time of your cruise you'll be looking fabulous. You'll see.

If I'm not around much this weekend we have a cruise and a guest. Can't be on the computer with a guest to attend to.

Have a fabulous day honey. Big hugs to you and my very best to Roche. :)
