I love palm trees so much I just cannot help taking photos of interesting shots of them.  This was taken at City Place night before last as I walked around with some friends after dinner.  A band was playing and lots of people were there and it was a very festive time.  But me?  I focused on the trees!  Silly, I know.

I found out you can buy 5 days of nutrisystem at walmart for less that $45.00 if you are interested in trying it without the total money outlay.  Also they sell other items in the line too.

Yesterday I got a call from the duck saying his cold had gone into bronchitis and he didn't want to get me sick so we didn't go.  I went to the pool instead.  It was fabulous.  Of course.  But the water was a bit chilly.  I missed the duck but the alternative was lovely.

Today I have a 9:15 dental appointment with my dentist to start the permanent teeth part, whatever that is.  But one thing I do know, it will NOT hurt!  Ha.  I don't like to be out and about that early but it's the appointment that he had to change last week when his mom was sick so I took what I could get.  I really like my dentist and he has never hurt me.

After that I shall stop at the store or the fruit stand or both and then head for the pool.  Sounds like a pretty great Monday.  I hope yours is as nice...

  1. Sounds like a perfect day to me! Which reminds me... I should dip my toes in Peggy's pool to see if it's warm enough yet. And see if my bathing suit fits.

Have a marvelous Monday! big hugs xoxo

  5. I told you that Chuck was working to hard. That boy has to learn to slow down an smell the roses or whatever he wants to smell. Rest Chuck. You've a cruise to go to.
I see that I enjoy roses and you my lovely friend loves palm trees. Most of all I enjoy you Bee. Have a beautiful day at the dentist and the pool. Those two just don't seem to go together, teeth & water. They do but they don't. Oh well, see ya.

  6. I hope the Duck is better before the cruise. That's some nasty stuff. I used to get it every single year. Awful.

I'm glad you had a nice day. I love palm trees too and there are lots of them here in California. Along with a bunch of lunatics.

Have a fabulous day honey. Big hugs to you and my very best to Roche. ♥♥♥

  7. Hi Bee, it's been a while since I've been on FB as we've been away etc etc so I had 32 of your posts to catch up! Sounds like you had a ball on the cruise and you have another one coming up soon - lucky you! The allergies sound yuk but the nutrisystem sounds interesting. I'm interested to hear how your dental appointment went today especially after reading about what the surgeon did to you! I'll try to keep up so I don't have too many posts to catch up on in future. xx

  8. I hope OCD gets better before his cruise. Poor thing. I love trees. I was telling hubby the other day that I spent the afternoon looking at the trees outside our bedroom window. So pretty when the breeze blows. And they hold so much life (the birds, etc).

  9. Bee, I love the tree photo. :):) I wish you wonderful going at the dentist. I love my dentist...but today I went for my crown and he said he didn';t like the way it seemed to want to fit and did another impression and put the temp back on. No need in me getting upset, have to go along. There's no pain just time consuming. xoxo,Susie
p.s. Hope Duck gets well to take his trip.
