I roasted onions, peppers, and mushrooms
for some vegetarian figure friendly fajitas.
I know I showed you this before, they are so delicious.
Corn tortillas are less calories than flour.
Just add salsa and enjoy, no oil, only spray.
I yesterday I got up and got my bathing suit on and went downstairs to swim and what? Cold! Well 73 but that's too cold to swim. Then it rained. I came back upstairs and cooked instead.
Today I have canasta and poker so I won't have to cook, just heat and eat. I have lots of things already prepared in my fridge now. All healthy things. All low calorie things. All delicious things. That's the way to succeed. Are you with me?
I wish it was 73 degrees here. :)
ReplyDeleteVeges look wonderful...I just packed some of mine to reheat at lunch time. Last night I made the vege pizza you had shared!!! All very tasty!!!
ReplyDeleteHere's hoping you have a fab warmer day! We have severe storms and predicted floodinging etc for my neck of the woods (Houston TX area) the next 2 days. We really need the rain cause we are still in drought however I wish we could have it without high wnds and threat of tornados!!
I will need to figure out how to roast veggies in my convection oven, since that is all I have here in the Moho. After the cruise. Looks yummy.
ReplyDeleteBig hugs, honey...
Bee, I am enjoying your cooking better than Rachel Ray's. Hope you have really fun day. I have lost a few pounds, no sugar. :):)xoxo,Susie
ReplyDeleteLooks yummy!
ReplyDeleteI'd certainly lose weight on such a diet -- I can't eat healthy things at all!
ReplyDeleteBuongiorno!!!
ReplyDeleteGreat veggies...I love them and each day I prepare salads and veggies cooked in the MW or in a pan without fat!
A precious diet cookbook, honey!!!
Big hugs!!!
Bee, I'm so glad you did your receipes on the side bar. Your receipes are inspiring. I am having good days and not so good days on my food charting.
ReplyDeleteI hope you have a lovely time on your cruise.
I hate corn tortillas. I'll put all that on a salad. That would be good too.
ReplyDeleteHave a terrific day and I hope it's warmer today. I would take that 73 degrees though. Big hug. :)
OMG! I wish I lived next door to you! My fridge is full of things my parents eat. They are both underweight after last years cancer stress and trying to gain, unsuccessfully, And the cabinets and counter tops have cookies and doughnuts and such. They're killing me!
ReplyDeleteI still haven't gotten to the store but I do have chicken and tuna and celery and carrots and 2 bananas still left to eat. And a few Lean Cuisines. Slim pickins. Pardon the pun. =:-0
Have a fabulous fajita day! big hugs xoxo
Looks very tasty. Your right if you have things in the frig to snack and eat then you will eat them instead of the whatever. Plus for me if I don't buy them I don't eat them.
ReplyDeletecheers, parsnip
Hi friend. Mary Lou and I are exhausted since we have to go to the hospital each day. I'm getting very angry. My mother was brought into the emergency section hospital Saturday night and she's still in the emerg cubicle as I write. It's so bad. When they bring down their food no one brings it to them. We just took it for my mother. It took them an half hour to start bringing the food to the patients. Good Lord, the food was cold and unable to eat. Have to go now.
