    btw... I will be attempting to make Country Fried Steak, probably tonight. What you wrote on FB is just about what I'd figured. I just hope his mama didn't have a secret ingredient! haha! I know it will turn out just fine, I DO know how to cook, for Heaven's sake! It's just that he has this vivid 'taste memory' that I think I may not even be able to live up to. But? I'm not gonna worry about it, am I? Nope. Nope. Nope. Carry on, then!
