Well Tuesday morning means Andre' so that's where I'll be. Getting my fat behind worked.
Let's talk for a moment about me getting dumped. I realize it was just one date but he talked like he was coming back next weekend. Then bam. Honestly it was sort of strange anyway. But I do feel dumped. I'm not hurt but I am disgusted.
Moving on...
Bee
You look younger in this photo than the one on the upper left! You are really cute! Anyway--how do you know you were dumped? Did he call and tell/text you that he didn't want to go out again? Sometimes the chemistry just isn't there. I would be p.o.'ded. Oh well--onward and upward--ever forward!
ReplyDeleteNow Miss Bee, Sit down and let me talk to you.
ReplyDeleteAre you listening ?
You were not dumped. He didn't call for a second date ? well welcome to the rest of of the sisterhood. Lots of us didn't get called back for a second date. It is call you just didn't click.
Better now that a few dates of boredom.
cheers, parsnip
Love this pic! Whistle! Just keep on going... Someone will come along...
ReplyDeleteHis loss!
ReplyDeleteI don't know a lot about a lot of things but I am thinking you are feeling stronger and healthier and better than you have in years... Bee 2.0... and I am also thinking that there is probably a cruise or three on your near future.
ReplyDeleteI am also thinking I am glad I am almost done with quarterly reports and such. *sigh*
Have yourself a funtabulous a$$-kickin' workout with Andre' and a perfectly lovely day after that! big hugs xoxo
That is indeed strange. But better after one date than after you've put a lot of time into a relationship, I guess. Moving on is right! He's just another frog on the path to a prince.
ReplyDeleteThis isn't a date but I had an email exchange with a realtor over a house and he was going to get back to me. Two weeks later he emailed that he his mother had died and he understood if I moved on to another realtor. The point is sometimes people don't follow through with casual dating (or business) for reasons that have nothing what so ever to do with you.
ReplyDeleteOh well Bee, that's life but you didn't get dumped. He just messed up an opportunity of spending wonderful time with a gorgeous woman. Man unfortunately don't realize what they have right in front of them until they've lost it. His loss, not yours Now move on with the next one and hope that eventually one of them will realize how important & beautiful you really are.
ReplyDeleteAndre will spend time enjoying moving your fat behind, your words not mine. I think your behind is OK.
Have an enjoyable Tuesday my beautiful friend. See ya.

I think some people have the mistaken idea that saying what they imagine others want to hear is nicer than remaining quiet and giving false impressions. Think of job interviews. Isn't it better for the interviewer to simply thank each person for coming in than to say something that leads them on? I've asked interviewers about this when I heard the latter, or promising to call when a decision was made when I knew full well they didn't have the time or inclination to call 99 people to say "sorry, we chose someone else".
ReplyDeleteKeep your focus on yourself and being the best (happiest and healthiest) Bee you can be. The right people will be drawn into your life.
You have to kiss a lot of frogs before you find your prince. Don't give up honey.
ReplyDeleteHave a fabulous day. Big hugs to you and my very best to Roche. ♥♥♥
We all love you our Miss Fabulous Bee!

Love, love, love this new pic! You are so beautiful. Keep your chin up and keep kissing the frogs until you find your prince.
ReplyDeleteBig Hugs,

You are an intelligent, socially savvy woman but you are a dating babe-in -arms. All the rules are different now from we were dating. And the men, phew, are they ever different! Even the most beastly creep of a fellow seems to get anyone he wants because of the ratio of women to men. And this ratio somehow gives those men who were oveooked specimins in their youth an entitlement to treat women shabbily. Yesterday's trolls are today's romeos. Take everything they say with a grain of salt. Also some men are afraid to tell a woman there is no chemistry for something beyond friendship because they are afraid to be strait about it. Be happy this person didn't lead you on, use you until something he liked better came along. He was just a weakling.
