Me and Kyle and Ryan last night having a drink after dinner. Oh, and Kyle has agreed to do a guest post soon. He's going to talk about the benefits of a straight woman and gay guy relationship and how it is fabulous for both parties, no expectations, just true friendship.
So it appears my TDH guy has dumped me. I have no idea why but it is what it is. That was the first time I have been dumped in my life. Oh well. Moving on...
Have a fabulous Monday y'all. I'll be hanging out with Ryan today for a bit.
Bee
I am really looking forward to that guest post!!
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't call one date and then no follow up getting "dumped." Not by a long shot. You have to be in a longer relationship before that word applies. Dating is like trying on clothing in a dress shop--- sometimes you want to take the dress home, sometimes you have to think about it a while and sometimes you might like the dress but know it isn't the right one for you. No matter what, it's still fun to go shopping.
You were not dumped.
ReplyDeleteYou went on one date, One date is a hello not a relationship.
Life happens.
cheers, parsnip
My daughter has two gay guy friends that have been together 25 years. She adores them and her friendship with them. No worries about them hitting on her--a true relaxed friendship.
ReplyDeleteP.S. You didn't say anything about the TDH date, so I didn't know if you went out or not. Oh well.
ReplyDeleteHooray for besties! I am looking forward to Kyle's post!
ReplyDeleteDumped? Is that even possible after one date? I don't thibnk so. In any case, too bad for him. Just keep window shopping!
big hugs xoxo
Hi Bee, we saw some local people playing Mahjong in the park in China and it made me think of you! Sorry to hear about the married cheat and the fool who dumped you. Glad to hear you have good friends though. xx

ReplyDeleteI removed my comment because I I didn't check it before I sent it. I goofed with my spelling. I wanted to say Bee, you weren't dumped but I quickly wrote were dumped which was wrong. Sorry so I removed it before you got angry with me.
ReplyDeleteThat man doesn't know what he's lost by not spending more time with you. Oh well, move on gorgeous. You still got me, the man whose a 1000 miles away. ha,ha,ha.
I'm looking forward to your post with Lyle. Doesn't Ryan want to get into the post? He was the first who met you. Maybe he's shy like me. LOL
Enjoy your Monday gorgeous. See ya.

What a great evening with your two pals. I think that rocks.
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't say you were dumped either. Today is Monday. You just might hear from him in a day or two for a second date. One never knows.
Have a fabulous day honey. Big hugs to you and my very best to Roche. ♥♥♥
I love the way Barb put it.....window shopping!! That makes dating fun.......but, I know it can be a let down, too. Meanwhile, I am so happy you have such wonderful friends in Kyle and Ryan.
ReplyDeleteYep, you can't be dumped after one date. Either way, it is his loss. I like the window shopping idea. Enjoy!!
ReplyDeleteBig Hugs,
Bobbi
Bee, You cracked me up...that was dumping....that was rudeness. Good bye to those losers guys...you still have a great group of friends and plenty of fun times. Blessings, xoxo,Susie
ReplyDeleteBee, such wise friends you have that said it already. You weren't dumped. He moved on and you will too. I know it's discouraging. Heck, if I wasn't married I'd come down there....

ReplyDeleteFrom the straight woman side of things, I wouldn't trade my gay guy friends for anything! Love them like family...
ReplyDeleteNo, that is not classified as a dumping. There was no relationship to dump. The end. Enjoy your guy pals.
ReplyDeleteBig hugs, honey...
