If you are nearby you might want to attend this event at the Fern House. I have seen him twice now and it's a really good show.  It's a fund raiser and tickets are only $10.00. You won't have this much fun for ten bucks very often.

Today I'll be having lunch with the duck and I have a dinner to go to at Ryan's at night. That's a lot of food. I have to be careful with every bite. I have to remember every single bite counts. The second bite is not as good as the first one and the third not as good as the second.

I am having trouble getting back on the Bee-Bandwagon and losing weight again. While at the grocery store today I am going to do better in buying the food that is in my home. If it's not there it not there to eat. More fruit and vegetables and less junky stuff. Wish me luck. The exercise is great but the eating needs some changes.

Have a great Sunday. I will too. And I won't be Miss-Bee-Havin' either!

  1. Say here Bee. I've been having some problems getting back on your bandwagon myself. I don't seem to have the same feeling I had when I was losing the weight way back. I've been eating a lot of junk food and I'm really worried that I might get back to where I was. I'm trying but it's so difficult this time. We'll try, you and I.
Have a great Sunday Bee and say hi to Chuck. See ya.

  3. It has been VERY difficult for me because this man needs 3 meals a day - especially ne wants a big breakfast most days - and then as if that were not too much, he snacks and snacks until he goes to bed. If I ate what he ate? Good grief.

I did talk him into having vegetable plates 2-3 times a week, and a smoothie now and again.

Of course I was craving my chicken pie and made it the other day. Can't blame Mister Man for EVERYthing, now can I?

    Can I?

Have a lovely day with the Duck. xoxo
