So yesterday I got a call asking me to sub in a canasta game so I did on a beautiful sunny day, I sat in a card room with a bunch of ladies but at least I won a few bucks.
Then last night I went out to dinner with the mayor and his lovely bride and her mom who is here visiting, that was really nice. I might have overeaten a bit. Possibly.
Today I am going to see the duck and he invited me to dinner tonight at his apartment. He's a really good cook so I like that very much.
He wears a fitbit too like I do and yesterday he hit 500 miles walked since December 17th. Imagine that! 500 miles!
And that, my friends, is all that happened to me yesterday. Well except for talking to Edward on the phone. Still a sweet guy, so far so good. Have a lovely Sunday, you know I will too!
