I have been trying to decide whether to discuss this or not but what the hell?  Here goes.  I saw a plastic surgeon yesterday.  I have not decided anything yet but I am really unhappy with loose skin on my neck and face and that very cute dentist knows a plastic surgeon who is amazing and sent me there.  I took D#1 with me to help me ask questions and make a decision.  The final result?  She thinks I should not do it.  The cute dentist thinks I should not do it.  I think I should.  So now I have a big decision to make and I will but I need to do some serious thinking.

Let me tell you what TCD (the cute dentist) said to me.  Are you ready for this?  (That man is so sweet it makes my teeth hurt!)  He said "Did he tell you that you were the most beautiful woman that ever walked into his office and tell you there was no way to improve on that?"  I said no, he told me all the things he did want to do.  TCD said "I can't believe that.  No one should touch that face."  Sigh... I swear I really don't know what to do.  Other than hug TCD!

So I am not telling you this for opinions, I'll make the decision myself after I think it through but rather I am telling you this because it is part of my life and that's what I write here.  But if I do decide to do it I will tell you all about it including the costs.  You know I always do!

D#1 is home again now and I am alone again but it was an amazingly lovely visit.

Today I shall ride that bike!  My first encounter on it and I hope I don't fall on my Bee-Hind.  I'll see if there is anything pretty to photograph while I am out and about!  Have a great day.  I shall too.  I have a bunch of things to think about.

  2. Love your bike! It's a cutie.
I wanted PS after my bariatric surgery - the flapping upper arms and stomach were my chief complaint; but insurance didn't cover that part so I didn't do it. You're very right in that this is YOUR decision, and I know you'll do what's right for you. That's all that matters! Have a great week!!!

  3. All I will say about your serious decision is will it make a difference in your life that you already don't have, loving family members, good friends who you love you, men who are attractive to you, a life that people would die for. Forget all that I've written so far because the most important thing is YOU and how you feel about YOU, nothing else. That's why it's your decision. Will it make any difference to how I feel about you? Not a damn thing. I'll always love you my friend and I'll support you in any way. You are my Empress Bee.
Enjoy your day riding the pink bike but don't forget your helmet you gorgeous friend. See ya.

  5. I won't give you an opinion since you don't want them. If you're anything like me when someone tells me what to do, I want to do the opposite just to prove I'm in control of my own life. But I will say that you've got to find a way to clone that dentist and send copies all over the country for the rest of us.

  7. It is your decision and yours alone. Having done this already I'll tell you you'll love it if you do. In about two weeks after the surgery you'll be pretty much back to normal. You'll look about 10 years younger or more. You'll have a fresh look about you that will last for years and years. That's what I noticed.

Have a fabulous day honey. Big hugs to you and my very best to Roche. :)

  10. Bee, I would do a surgery if I could afford it and have a great surgeon. LOL. Skin is not pretty sagging. But at a certain age, it does. It is who we are after living our lives. Do as you wish girl...but weight the health issues . Keep us posted. Blessings, xoxo,Susie

  11. If I had the money I would do my tummy and the girls for sure. After my weight loss surgery I have such an apron for a stomach. I bet I would lose about two sizes if I did. I am sure you will make the right decision for you, are one smart cookie for sure and beautiful on the inside and the outside.

    Hugs,

    Bobbi

  12. Bee, you are so right. It is your decision, and yours alone. I don't see where you need it, but if it makes you happy, go for it.
