That's much better!  No fog.  But baby it's cold outside.  I think the high was only 68 yesterday.  I think I'll be well enough to go Friday night, I am much better but I have canceled all my games this week.  It's boring to stay home so much too but it is what it is so I'll do it.

I have been on an apple kick for some reason.  I am craving them several times a day.  I wonder if there is something in them that my body wants now or that I just like them, I have no idea.  Anyway I went yesterday and bought a big bag of Galas since I was out again.  So sweet and juicy!  And if an apple doesn't snap when I bite it - out it goes, no mealy apples in my world.  You can cook with them but not eat them.

Sarge used to like Red Delicious.  I always thought they had no taste at all and didn't like them.  Funny how people's tastes are different.

Oh and I finally got my sticker for my license plate renewal yesterday.  It took three tried but I persevered and it's done now for the next two years I can totally forget about it.

So have yourselves a fabulous Thursday y'all.  I will too but it may be a tad boring around here.  I'll try to get into something though!

  1. Goodness just catching up. Thanks to comcast, I am not being able to connect and comment.
The pool looks so fabulous from your deck ! What an outstanding photo.
    Hope you are better soon,

    cheers, parsnip

  2. 68? That's a very good summer temperature to us. If we get to 70 we think we are having a heatwave! Hope you soon feel better.

  3. It's been in the low to mid 30's at night here. Me no likey. But no snow so I'm not complaining. Too much anyway.

Glad your cold is better. big hugs xoxo

  4. Keep taking care of yourself so you can fully enjoy that concert!

  5. I beat you all. Last night went down into the teens and this morning it was 20 went I woke up. Bee, you have to make sure that you are in the best of health for your concert with your dentist friend. Have a fantastic day my gorgeous friend. See ya.

  6. 23 at my house this morning. Me no likey and there is explaining this to two kitties who think they wanna go outside. Brr.

Glad you are better. Sending big hugs, honey...

  7. It's 30 outside right now. that's warm for this time of the year.

I have to force myself to eat apples, I love apple sauce though. I always have a bag in the house thinking someday I'll eat one but they usually end up in the crock pot.

Keep improving, Bee. You cold will be gone in no time.

  8. I am jealous that your vehicle registrations in FL are good for two years. Ours are only good for one year, and cost $36 per car, $150+ for a truck. It's a racket!!! lol.
I am glad you are feeling better, I hope it continues. I will take your 68 for our frigid 30! and SNOW! I have a very unhappy four year old who had her first snowday from preschool today. She just is not happy to stay home when she should have been in class. She loves it so much! I hope she continues to love it as the years go on.

  9. You have a fabulous view. Oh I wish it was 68 degrees here in Pennsylvania. It's been in the 30's during the day and it usually drops down to the 20's over night. We have something in common, too. I love gala apples. I just used them to bake an apple cake. Have a nice day... :)

  10. You're balking at a high of 68? You're spoiled beyond belief. It's all good though. It's whatever one is used to. And you're used to very warm. It will happen.

I'm glad you're feeling better. I'm sure by tomorrow night you'll be as right as rain.

Have a fabulous day honey. Big hugs to you and my very best to Roche. ♥♥♥

  11. Bee, Take care of rself./ I sure hope you feel much better for Friday evening. you will be ready to go out after being cooped up for a day or two. blessings, xoxo, Susie
