It took a while but the (self appointed) mayor (of the pool) managed to get the pool lights fixed. I think it looks beautiful at night. I took this from my bedroom balcony. It's just too cold to swim now and it's going to be cold all week I understand.
Yesterday I went over to the outlet mall and found a pair of shoes to wear Friday night. Then I had to find sheer toe panty hose to wear with them. Now I have to decide whether to wear a black blazer over my red dress or a white crocheted wrap that I got in Croatia. It's handmade but a little itchy. I am leaning toward the blazer now but not sure yet. It's a dressy blazer, not a sporty one. And I had to get low shoes because that cute dentist isn't taller than I am. Well much taller anyway. But have no fear in the end I'll be dressed properly and have a good time.
Tonight is poker again and today is Andre'. Tuesdays are pretty fun. Hope yours is as good as mine!
You and the dentist seem to be seeing a lot of each other. Is there something you should/could be telling us to better define your mysterious relationship?
ReplyDeleteI vote for the blazer. Wraps are too much trouble on a date....like I would know. I haven't been on one in years. LOL
I seem to have always been taller than pretty much everyone but I haven't thought much about it in years. It just IS so that's that. Having said that, I only own flat shoes not because of my height but because because 1) I think shoes are are evil in general and 2) heels hurt my feets and KILL my back.

You've worked so very hard on yourself and it shows you beautiful, sexy woman. That dentist friend of yours has to be aware of your presence. Go for it you wild woman. Ha,ha,ha. Bee, Wear the low heels if you must....but please do not wear a crocheted shawl. They can be so pretty and nice in church or with the ladies. But to me they say "Grandma". ReplyDeleteThe pool does look lovely. Sorry it is too cool to swim this week. You can get exercise walking that outlet mall instead. maybe you could find a soft, sparkly shawl to wear with your pretty red dress. :-) I know you'll look lovely in whatever you choose.
