This was the moon as I walked into the building last night after being taken out for yet another birthday dinner.  I have seriously been celebrating all week.  And lost weight!  Win/win.  Anyway it was a lovely evening and we ran into people we knew and had a fun time laughing and dinner was delicious too.  I had broiled fish, I usually do don't I?

Today I have canasta and I would much rather be at the pool.  It is the absolutely perfect temperature, there is a new heater!  Tits to that!  Anyway yesterday it was wonderful and I did really good with Andre' too so dinner was no problem.

I am slowly learning how to do the curly hair myself.  I ordered a blow dryer with a diffuser and I'll have to learn how to do that too.  My Mahjong gals like it, my canasta gals don't.  Who knows how long it will last?

So it's the weekend.  Anybody have great plans?  Anything lovely going on in your world?  I hope so!

  1. I'm so very happy for your birthday week of celebrating. I couldn't have happened to a better woman. You see Bee, life is so fantastic now go on a cruise. Ha,ha,ha. Tonight we are going out for dinner, just like you. Our friends Al & Meilin asked us out to dinner and after that we are coming back to my place and just rest. Have a wonderful day my beautiful friend. See ya.

  2. Yay for a new pool heater! And for dinner out with friends. And curls! (I just let mine air dry then fluff with my fingers -so easy!). Have a wonderful weekend.

  3. It's fun to try new hairdos even if you end up going back to the old one because the new one is so much trouble. But old dogs can learn new tricks and the new hair "toys" they have on the market are amazing.

  4. Diffusers are easy! You just sort of scrunch your hair in your fist to create a section of curls, and gently point the diffuser at that area you just scrunched.
Enjoy your pretty updated new curls and the new pool heater! Once canasta is over:)

  5. Good for you. Lots of birthday dinners rock and then some. You know how to eat so that's not a problem anymore.

    I love your new hairdo.

We are on our boat and tonight is our annual holiday meal. I don't have any work to do at all. Just enjoy the festivities. That is extra nice.

Have a fabulous day honey. Big hugs. :)

Once the hair get to long or your get tired of fluffing it... then get it cut. It will always grow back.
