Oh my gosh I ended up doing two hours in the pool yesterday.  And on top of that while I was in the pool I won a bet from the (self appointed) governor (of the pool) for tickets to Book of Mormon (in December when it comes here), dinner,  and valet parking!  Don't mess with me, right?  Ha ha ha.

Today I have the ever evil fabulous Andre' who shall beat me up badly work me hard and since he was away last week on his honeymoon I did not work out so I am quite sure I shall be somewhat sore afterward but it is what it is and I'll go and smile and be happy to do so.

If there is time I'll get in the pool after that but I have a 3:00 appointment and then poker after that so the day is tight.  In fact the week is tight except for Wednesday which isn't bad but that's good because I need a day to recoup.  Just one thing on Wednesday.

I have just got to slow down a bit somewhere but right now I don't know where it's gonna' happen because I like what I'm doing and don't really want to give anything up.  How do people have the time to go to a job?  Yikes.

Last night I had a wonderful conversation with my dear red headed aunt that I adore and wish I could see.  That was so nice and I felt so good afterward.

That's it for me today y'all.  Hope all is well in your world.  It sure is in mine...

  1. You have an awesome life! Mine is full of a little crazy right now. And a little bit of fun. But o cruise in sight. bugger. Enjoy Andre!

    big hugs xoxo

  2. As long as you can keep pace, go for the gusto!!!

  3. It's like they say, after you retire you can't find the time for anything. Two hours in the pool, you are a mermaid or a raisin in the sun. Ha,ha,ha. Enjoy your time with Andre. He must be exhausted after his honeymoon. Have a great day my wonderful friend. See ya.

  4. Bee, Hope Andre doesn't twist you into a pretzel shape. I am so proud of you working out for 2 hours. You are a strong woman. Good luck at the game. I know you will enjoy your day...blessings, xoxo,Susie

  5. How wonderful to have so many fun things to do, enjoy them all!

  6. Hubby and I don't know how we had time to work either. It's just the way things are. It's better than sitting in a chair watching television. Many do that and not for very long either.

You have a fabulous day honey. Big hugs to you and my very best to Roche. ♥♥♥

  7. Buongiorno!!!
I thinke that you are doing right for yourself, pool, gym, walking, games...and a good diet are the best things for life!

Glad that you may do it!!!

    Have a great Monday!!!

    Big hugs!!!

  8. Having fun and being busy like that with things that interest you is great. Being retired is wonderful:)

  9. I've heard of that play... I don't know what it's about. Maybe I should read a synopsis. Lots of Mormons up here. (lots!) I only know that it's satire.

Life is indeed quite good! Glad it's good for you as well! Big hugs from the West.

  10. Book of Mormon, lucky you! That's one of my items on my 101 in 1001 Days list!

you know i love comments, don't be shy! and if you are a spammer that got through, buggers to you. get a life somewhere else!
