Here is old chuckie duck yesterday at lunch at Nick's Diner.  I love that smiling face, it lights up my life.

The Walmart wasn't too crowded but it was very hot.  When I got home I was going to go in the pool but someone was having a cookout out there for a group of people and they were all in the pool and I didn't go.  So I came up and showered again instead.

I got this comment yesterday:

Makes my heart SO very, very happy Miss Bee (only my 2nd post here ever, boy did you motivate me with this beautiful photo!)

I just wish I knew who it was from so I could communicate.  If I help someone for their good I'd love to know more about them and at least who they are but if not, it's fine.  Just know we all want you to succeed in whatever your goal happens to be!

I know the Internet (thank you Al Gore) can be a dangerous place but it can also be a wonderful place and that has been my experience.  I have met wonderful people that I would never have had the pleasure of knowing and they have enriched my life beyond words.  I hope I have done the same for some of you.

Today shall find me at the pool and hopefully that group didn't leave a mess because the guy doesn't come back to clean it until tomorrow.  I'll hope for the best because I need the exercise.  I am still losing and I am, once again, driven in this weight loss.  I know I got a bit lazy and it's not possible for me to do that because it's too hard to reverse and I know it so well.  Maybe Saturday was enough motivation to get me to continue.  Plus Andre' is back this week so I shall see him on Tuesday and Friday.

Have a lovely Monday y'all.  I will too, for sure.

  4. It's always great when people leave their names when they comment, and if they have blogs linked to them, even more fun!
The person left a very nice comment. Hope she comes back and lets you know who she is.
Blog friends can be truly wonderful, and last many many years.

Fingers crossed that the pool area is clean, and that you have a really refreshing swim!

Can't wait to hear how Andre's honeymoon was!
