Yesterday I got to the pool late because of going shopping with the duck so by the time I got there the last person was just packing up and leaving so I had the whole pool and all the chairs and tables and everything all by myself.  Sometimes I like company but I have to admit it was wonderful just splashing back and forth and thinking my own thoughts.  And singing Jingle Bells in my head.  Anyway I had a blast all by myself.

I think I'll go get my flu shot today.  I have something to do every day for the rest of the week so it seems this will be the best day to go.  Don't forget to get yours too.

My Canadian friend Paul is in the hospital.  He hasn't been feeling well.  I talked to his wife Mary Lou last night.  Please send him your best thoughts.  They are good friends.  And they love to cruise!

That's all I know for today.  I hope your Monday is lovely.  Mine too...

    I am purrring for your furriend Paul. Sometimes being alone is a really nice thing. I will have to try singing Jingle Bells in mine head when I am pondering the universe from unner the bed.

    Hubby and I have already gotten our flu shots. Yes, everyone should be getting those now.

    HUgs to Paul and his family. Hope he's better soon! I prefer the alone time in the pool as well. That way I can close my eyes and go wherever my mind takes me.
