Another Bee Bandwagon success story!

One year ago...

Meet Lisa!  Better known on the blog as "coasterwiggs".  She has been on the bee bandwagon for one year this week and has lost 84 pounds!  She visited her dad in May and he was so happy he went on the bandwagon and has already lost 24 pounds.  I sure wish I knew the total of all of you that have taken this journey with me.  Congratulations Lisa!  I am so proud of you!  Happy cruising honey!

So yesterday I got to go swimming with my girl and her hubby.  Well she was only able to get her feet in but still, she got a bathing suit on and went with us.  Then the duck came over for dinner and I got to see him too.  I was a lucky girl for sure.

So today they are going home, back to the lovely mountains and podunk.  I shall be by myself again but not to worry, I still love my life,  I just had a diversion for a while.  And now I need to get on with my "stuff".

Have a lovely Sunday.  I will too...

  2. Buongiorno!

Dear Bee, you were able to pick up the threads of your life with courage and energy, and you helped yourself and at the same time you have set the example for many who read you!
Congratulations to all those who, even in silence, have been following your diet.

I am very happy that your daughter is now ready to return to her family, you have also been able to handle this eventuality, now you're alone, but you know very well deal with the loneliness of your home!

    Big hugs, honey!

Charlie sits in heaven smiling knowing the success that you've done and in the process help others. I thank God for having Him put Bee in our lives. You are an angel my wonderful friend.

  7. Way to go Lisa. You look fabulous. People who lose a lot of weight look younger to me. Yes they do.

I'm happy that your girl is getting to go home today. That will do her a world of good I'm sure.

Have a terrific day honey. Big hugs. :)

  8. Thanks for the kind comments, fellow blog readers. We have all been enriched in many ways by the entertaining Empress Bee. I discovered her and Charlie's blogs years ago when John Heald mentioned them on his blog.

182 days until our next cruise, this time on NCL Epic. I would cruise full time if I won the lottery!

  10. Bee, You are such an encouragement to others. Lisa looks great...and her dad joined in, that is something. I am so glad your daughter is on her way to getting 100 % well. Good that you had your kids with you for a while. You'll be kicking butt in cards and swimming miles ...so you'll be okay.xoxo,Susie
