Well our girl came home and she's in mucho pain but it will pass in a few days and she will be fine. I spoke to Dr. Wacks and he said to keep her as comfortable as possible and let her sleep as much as she can so that's what I shall do. And cook healthy things to try to tempt her to eat a bit.
I got to swim before she came home and it is still warm and lovely, I cannot tell you how good it makes me feel to exercise in the pool. I know I've said it before but it's so true.
So today I must go to the WalMart and the fruit stand to get lots of nice stuff to cook for my little girl. Roche' wants to make her feel better, he wants to snuggle with her but right now a rock is a bit hard for her to cuddle with so I'm in the middle of that one. For now he's snuggling with me. Sometimes his rhinestones hurt too! ha ha
That's about it from my world. Hope you have a lovely Sunday. Mine will be tough but I'll get it done with bells on!
I say let him snuggle at the foot of the bed like cats do. Or mine will watch me from a high spot in the room to keep a eye on me
ReplyDeleteI know you will keep her comfortable, but I am concerned that Roche' might get a little too enthusiastic in his cuddling.

Buongiorno!
ReplyDeleteNow your care is for your little girl...she is that for a while...time goes by a bit slower, but everything will turn normal!!!
Big hugs for you both!
I've had two surgeries since my mom has been gone. I know I would have healed quicker if only shed been there! Oh, my husband was great, but there's just something about MOM.
ReplyDeleteLet the healing begin! The party will follow...
Glad she is home and I know she'll get the best care there! Praying that the pain will pass quickly as she heals. Hugs!
ReplyDeleteWow, I can't believe they released her already after such a big surgery! I know she's in wonderful hands. Hoping the pain meds work in spades!
ReplyDeletebig hugs xoxo
I am surprised--really surprised they sent her home this early! Considering all she had done? Well, "they" say one heals faster at home, so let's hope so!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm so happy that she's home with you and everything now is finished. Be careful with those rhinestones Bee. Ha,ha,ha. Guess what my wonderful lovely friend, I'm now down to 188.5 lbs. Can you believe it and it's all because of you. I know that I can never thank you enough but some day I;ll try.
ReplyDeleteMy mom had a small stroke yesterday. We were over my daughter's home because it was Cole's birthday. She's well today. I think that she is really going down hill right now. We're prepared for anything.
Have a great day Bee.

Nothing is better than your mommy when you feel lousy. She is lucky that you are taking care of her!
ReplyDeleteI'll sure be happy when all the pain goes away. I hate it when I'm hurting. Hate it. She'll be right as rain in the very near future and no more back pain. Awesome.
ReplyDeleteI know Roche will be a good boy and leave your daughter alone. He's just that kind of guy.
Have a terrific day honey. Big hugs from sunny California. ☺
Bee, Once we become mommy, we will always be mommy...no matter how old our children get to be. I hope your daughter's better today. It will be nice when she is free of pain and enjoy life again. Glad you got some exercise, it helps with stress. xoxo,Susie
ReplyDeleteCiao you all!
ReplyDeleteI hope the day is not bad, that D#1 is feeling better, the pain is controlled!
Big hugs, honey!
Hugs mom, and gentle hugs to D#1. Here's to the pain going away forever!
ReplyDelete((HUGS))
ReplyDeleteRoche is such a caring rock :)
Bee, it is always harder on the caregiver than the patient. Your daughter is lucky to have such a good one in you, but don't forget to take care of yourself! Hope you got your swim in today.
ReplyDeleteIt is good that your both together.
ReplyDeletecheers, parsnip
