I bought a bigger tv for the bedroom and it is being delivered today.  Then I have to get the guy that will hang it on the wall for me up here and I'll be all set.  The duck is getting my other tv to use as a computer monitor.

I have a new favorite way to cook fish.  I had cod and put it on foil and added a teaspoon of butter and three thin slices of lemon and closed up the packet and baked it at 375* for 22 minutes.  It was SO good.  I'll sure do that again.  Low cal and delicious is a win/win.  I like plain food.  I also like spicy food.  I guess I just like food.

Roche' wants to go for a ride today.  I don't know if I'll take him or not, maybe I'll get the duck to take him.  Yeah, that's happening.  Ha ha.

Have yourselves a fabulous Friday.  I sure will too.

  1. I baked haddock last night for my fish tacos... soaked in water for 60 seconds, patted dry and baked 15 minutes in a 400 oven. Plain, which is just how I wanted it since the salsa and cabbage had tons of flavor. No competing. Normally, I brush with butter and lemon juice and sprinkle on some Old Bay seasoning and call it D fer done.

So the duck and Roche' may be bonding? hahahaha!

Have a perfect day! big hugs xoxo

  3. Bee, I like baked and broiled fish...not fried. I put low-fat Italian dressing on ours to bake it. It always has good flavor. Hope you have fun filled day. It's nice and sunny here although chilly, so far.:):) xoxox,Susie

  4. I enjoy cod myself. I put a little of butter, oil and white wine and seasoning and that's our dinner with veggies. Got to get the rest of my flowers in the ground and I'm finished. See ya Bee.
