Tuesday stuff in paradise...

Well let me start by saying yesterday that awful woman did not have on that stinking perfume so I did stay and play.  It was not a great game though.  She just gets on my very last nerve.  Anyway the season is almost over and she will be heading north but not soon enough for me.  I really don't like to dislike someone like that but with her I just can't help it.  I was nice though and didn't do anything to rock the boat.

Today's game is much better and then there is poker tonight.  I hope I do good.

I got the munchies last night.  I wanted chips and diet coke.  And ice cream.  And of course cake.  Arghhh.  Luckily I quenched it with stuff I could have.  I don't like it when that happens though and it really doesn't happen too often.

Pretty soon I'm going to have to start thinking about packing for the cruise.  The duck wanted to go to the western caribbean this time.  I usually book eastern or southern.  Western is not my favorite because of the tender ports but now that I don't use the scooter I can get on the tender and go ashore in those ports if I want.  I haven't been to Grand Cayman in a long time.  Or as John Heald calls it Grand "build a sodding pier" Cayman.  He's on the Legend now on the transatlantic.  I wish I was too!

Anyway today shall be tons of fun with good friends and games.  Hope your day is as good as mine...

  1. Hello--and goodnight, LOL. Have a great Tuesday!!!
I have never wanted to go on a cruise, but--I see advertisements for Viking River Cruises and that sounds like fun to me. I have a HUGE fear of being out on the Big Wa Wa!!!

  2. Bee -

Have a great time in Grand Cayman. The last time Kathy & I were there (with John & Diane "Just Du'et"), we had turtle soup and shopped our way through Georgetown. Good times.

As always, I will cruise vicariously through you. Please be sure to visit the Bernard K Passman gallery and get some pictures of his magnificent creations.

Oh, and tell Chuck I said HI and he is looking great these days - almost unrecognizable. I wish I had the where with all that the two of you have shown on these diets - maybe with the new house, I will start/stay on my diet and become a new man :)

  4. I haven't been to Grand "build a sodding pier" Cayman yet, although I had several chances when I still had my business in Florida. Al had service calls there and I could have gone with him. But I figured instead of seeing Seven Mile Beach I'd be seeing seven hundred -square foot print shop. So I didn't.

    The End.

    hahahaha!

Have a lovely day! big hugs xoxo

  6. Buggers and pox on the nasty lady! But I know what you mean, some people are just unlikable.

Hope today's games are more enjoyable. Sending love from warm and sunny Pennsylvania (HA! That's usually an oxymoron!)

  7. Glad that lady finally got the message on her stinky perfume and left it at home...where she will go soon. And stay.

Good luck and have fun today. Big hugs, honey...

  8. Bee, I had a good laugh about what your friend John said about the pier. Too funny. Bee, there have been people in my life that I have not liked very well....I just call them honey and act like they are the greatest...let them feel bad, I don't have to. I truly try to avoid them LOL. Wishing you good luck with the games. You know I have given up ice cream, had it about every night...no more. and I am amazed at how well I've done ...no cravings. xoxo,Susie

  9. So glad the perfume wasn't an issue, but I do know what you mean about people who get on your last nerve. I have to really work to be nice to some people! But it's worth doing. We finally have some spring weather here and I'm enjoying it greatly. Ramping up the exercise this week, too. Have a great day today, whatever you do, make it fun!

  10. I already knew you didn't like perfume lady. I've known you too long and you can't fool me. I hate it when people get on my last nerve. Okay you snow birds...head north now.

Sweets aren't must of a worry for me. Ice cream and pumpkin pie, but I can pass on those too. My cravings are pasta and bread and more pasta.

Have a terrific day honey and knock their socks off with all your fun games today. Big hugs from sunny California. ☺

  12. I hate those munchies days. I get those every so often. Love John's name for the Caymans. I have a cousin who lives there part of the year. I don't think he tenders there. He just walks off the plane. LOL!

Hope today was a good one!
