Pass it on...

So okay here's my idea for today.  I had such fun boxing up stuff to pass on why not have y'all do it too? Since we are all losing and are at different stages let's share those clothes that we can't wear any longer.  You can post here in the comments if you like what you have up for grabs, if you'll send it or want postage refunded, whatever.  Postage is cheaper than buying new, right?  Well maybe, because I did manage to spend almost one hundred bucks mailing my five boxes.  I got the nice boxes at the Walmart really cheap because I didn't have any but if you do all the better.  Ready, set, share!

Yesterday I also had my oncology appointment and also the dentist.  Both went fine, yay for that.  I have had a lump for a few months but she said it is not a malignancy, I actually have several of them, Dr. Wacks says they are fat cysts. How appealing does that sound?  Anyway I am good to go on the oncology for six months and three months for the dentist.

Today is canasta and poker tonight.  Then tomorrow mahjong and thursday canasta again.  Busy week.  Also it's supposed to get back into the 80's toward the end of the week so I am anxious to get in the pool again.  I hope that heater is fired up!

Have a lovely Tuesday y'all.  I sure know I will too!

  1. Since I lost weight so rapidly and was working in an office where sweats were NOT an option, I found a lot of good stuff at Goodwill. I know, never thought I'd ever wear stuff like that, but I found some wonderful blazers and slacks - and jeans for the weekends. I did buy most of the shirts/sweaters at stores though. Then when I dropped another size, I'd just donate the clothes back to Goodwill.

  2. Let me know what I owe you for my shipping! I will gladly pay it!

As you know I hate shopping and usually use up all of the goodie out of my clothes by the time I get rid of them. I did donate a few things a few months ago when I did the big closet cleaning but all of the stuff the other day I tossed because it was either stained, had cat claw holes or was a fur magnet. Great idea though!

YAY for being all set with your doctors! It seems like one of my parents or Barbara is always at the doctors here lately. Every day is something. srsly.

Have yourself a YAYful day! I'm gonna try! big hugs xoxo

  4. I have a couple of fat cysts, too. Very common little buggers, but they can be scary and have to be checked out to make sure that is what they are.

    Big hugs, honey...

  6. Congratulations on your tests. You must be happy. Thursday I take Mary Lou to the Hospital for an Endoscopy. If she's doing well, we might go and see mom, if not just me. Today we have the little ones and they aren't as small as they were. I'm writing my blog about our cruise. When I get a chance today, it will be day three on the cruise.
    See you.

  7. If I hadn't already given away most all my "too big" clothes, I'd post on here. I found three different people who needed the clothes I was no longer wearing, and I was so happy to be able to share and be a blessing to them, as others had been (and still are being) to me! I'm stuck at 1X right now but as soon as that changes, I'll let you know and we can find someone who needs those!

  10. That is a great idea. I spend way to much on clothes and then half the time they don't fit right. I have given away several wardrobes in the last couple of years, only to regain some of the weight. It is frustrating to say the least.

  12. Bee, Hope you are a winner at cards. You'll be happy to hear...I cleaned out the hall closet. Got a few coats for my daughters, and some for the second hand store. Coats and jackets were all that was in that closet. Well Ted's are in a chair waiting for him to go through his. I took them out of the closet, because I thought he'd be more apt to get rid of them that way.LOL.xoxo,Susie
