Well it's Friday again already. I need to make a run to the fruit stand, I need fruit and veggies! You know for me the holidays are all over as I don't do anything for new year. I did not do bad at all considering there was a 10 day cruise in the middle of it all. I have not lost any weight in about six weeks but I have not gained either so it's good. I have 20-30 more pounds to lose in the next year and the last ones are much harder than the first ones although the main thing is just getting going. That's my plan and I'm sticking to it.
I haven't shown you any new photos of the apartment because nothing else is done but soon, stay tuned.
I will try to find out more about the Apple TV today. It's all hooked up and working but other than Netflix I'm not sure yet what's what. Again, stay tuned.
And that's it from me today y'all. Hope your day is lovely. I know mine will be...
If you did not gain during a ten day cruise and the holidays, you did amazingly well! Congratulations! Enjoy your trip to the fruit stand and hopefully a good swim, too. Hugs!
ReplyDeleteNot gaining weight on a cruise is a real plus!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your day. Big hugs, honey...
Bee, I have been loving your pink sky pictures. You sure have a nice view from your balcony. One good thing about you buying fruit today, you will know it's fresh in Florida. Bee, you and Duck have done extremely well with your weight loss. wishing you a fun day. xoxo,Susie
ReplyDeleteMary Lou and I don't do much New Years Eve and as far as the next day it's the day when we put all the Christmas decorations away in and outside.
ReplyDeleteToday I'm going to Windsor to get a new computer. My old one did its best for me but now it's no longer helping me. I had it even way back when I was still teaching.
Everyday I cross off an X each day as the cruise comes up. I'm so excited. See you my lovely friend.
Paul
Your weight loss journey is inspiring.
ReplyDeleteThat's one seriously long weight plateau! You'll break it, and it'll feel REALLY good when you see that number jump down on the scale again. Consistency always works - the body just tests our resolve:)
ReplyDeleteRaspberries have become my favorite fruit this week - so sweet when they are fresh and plump!
I'm proud of you for not gaining any weight. It's hard this time of year and really hard on a cruise. You rock. Next year you'll be at the weight you want to be and that will be more than awesome.
ReplyDeleteHave a terrific day honey. Big hugs. :)
Buongiorno!!!
ReplyDeleteHave a lovely Friday, we are cleaning and planning for the New Year, or better Silvestre Night!!!
Then we stop with eating...End!!!!!!
I need in fact the bee bannwagon!!!!
Big hugs, honey---
You did better than I did; I gained 2.4 pounds over the 2 week holiday period. Back on the bandwagon now! Need to lose more before our February Royal Caribbean cruise.
ReplyDeleteYou know what. The not gaining is a HUGE accomplishment. Seriously. Big hugs...
ReplyDeleteforgive the bad grammar... need coffee.
DeleteThe Square Ones send their Auntie Empress Bee woofs....
ReplyDeletecheers, parsnip
And no more bugs in the eye either.
ReplyDeleteMy but that's a lovely sky in your photo! And it doesn't look the least cold like our skies were today!
ReplyDeleteHope you got the chance to get your fruits and veggies so that you can continue on with your healthy eating. NOT gaining during the holiday season is a HUGE accomplishment so I'd say that you accomplished the near impossible!
I don't do anything for New Year's myself though I am hoping to perhaps take myself to see "Lincoln" on Sunday or Monday!
In any weight loss programme NOT gaining is very important, so well done!
ReplyDeleteYour sky photo is beautiful. Is it a sunset or a sunrise? I think it's the former.
ReplyDeleteThe sky was white here today. SNOW again.
