Friday in my world...

Today I have to get another mammogram and chest x-ray.  I now have five years free of breast cancer and seven years free of lung cancer.  Knock wood.  And knock whatever else might help.  Anyway I also can stop taking the Aromasin in a few more weeks.  One less pill.  They are really getting down there now!

I'm still trying to decide what else to do with my life.  I am doing a bit of beading but don't want to sit all day and do that.  What I want to do is get out of the house and move!  I sit too danged much.  Enough of that.

I'm having some fun with Kate's camera.  I've been playing around with panoramic and it's pretty fun.  I've never tried it before and I'm having to teach myself.

So that's about all I know for now.  Here's hoping your Friday is as good as mine...

My son took a great photo of the dolphin stadium using the panoramic mode on my iphone. I have a 4S but the upgrade gave me it. It is pretty cool.

  5. I love the panoramic view Bee. Whatever you choose to do it will be great. Why don't you write a book about your life. I told Charlie a couple of times he should written one. Your life has many ideas and you should put it down on paper.
I'll be with you today when you go for your mammogram and x-ray even though part of me will be golfing. See you my wonderful friend.

  6. Bee, you should take up photography. I did that and I love it. Gets me out of the house and you will be surprised what you will see to take pics of. Now wherever I go, my camera goes.
Like Paul said, I would love to read a book about your life, or just put stories and memories on paper. Have a great Friday!

Good also that you'll be taking one less pill. That is all positive news.
Everything physically is getting better for you Bee, with your weight loss and exercise too, it all contributes.
(your hip will get better too)

Getting out and about can be lots of fun.
Your teaching yourself on the camera about the panoramic already has a beautiful result!
    You go, bee, you go!

((many hugs)) and hope they are gentle as possible with the boobie squishing!

  10. I love your panorama photo! Three cheers for one less pill!!! Moving is always good, it usually is my favorite thing, but at least when you do sit and bead something is moving a little! I haven't been here in a while, so I'm looking forward to reading more about what you've been up to. The picture of you looks awesome!

  11. Hubby likes the stitch too. He's taken many pictures then stitched them together. Not a clue how to do that, but it sure is nice when he's done.

I know you'll find what you want to do and then you'll be doing it. Baby step for now. I'm so proud of all the accomplishments you've achieved. You rock.

Have a terrific day and weekend honey. Big hugs. :)

  12. Bee, You are awesome. What a fighter. I am proud to know you. I know what you mean by taking less pills. I wish I could be pill free...I take 3 a day. Not counting when I need some tylonals for pain, once a week or so.
