I'm having my right hip replaced Thursday. I'm all packed for re-hab. Three days in the hospital and then re-hab here at La Posada. My room is reserved and all ready for me. I'm so glad this is happening. When the pain is so bad you can't exercise it's time to go and that is what happened. I have lots of help and do not need a thing I don't have.
I will try to post but don't make any promises. Facebook is so much easier. I'll only have my phone and not my computer with me.
You can email me if you want, it's on the sidebar. I'll answer as soon as I can. The PT will be intense and that's a good thing.
Other than that my life is still wonderful!
I hope the procedure goes well and you have a smooth recovery.
ReplyDeleteJust let us know how you're doing honey. I'll see it on Facebook. Love you bunches. ♥♥♥
ReplyDeleteGood Luck and I hope the replacement and recovery will be not too bad.
ReplyDeletecheers, parsnip and badger
Good luck! Nobody works harder at recovery than you. Please let us know how things are going when you can.
ReplyDeleteHope the surgeon does an excellent job and they take great care of you at rehab, and you heal beautifully and fully, and are pain free going forward.
ReplyDeleteSending many hugs your way and thinking of you:)
Owie. Well, you rehab like nobody's business so all should be well. Last week at the hair salon I met a lady who had just had both knees replaced... at. the. same. time. She was just 2 months post-surgery and doing amazing. Boy howdy!
ReplyDeleteI proofed this before I hit publish and it said she was 'just 2 moths post-surgery'. And it cracked me up. :) So don't forget your moths! haha!
Yes, Facebook is definitey easier.
Saying prayers for a successful procedure and recovery, Bee. big hugs xo♥
Bee, I’m sure all will go well with your hip surgery- you will be in my thoughts and prayers. I hope you recover quickly.
ReplyDeleteAlways,
Lynn
Best of luck with the hip replacement!
ReplyDeleteGood luck Bee and I'm sure that all will be great. You know you are just like John Herald. He used to do a blog but now all he does is Facebook. Let me know how to go to your Facebook. See ya.

Glad to see you blogging again. Good luck with the hip.
ReplyDeleteYou are gonna be soooooo glad to get this done!!!
ReplyDeleteI've had both my hips replaced with nice new Titanium joints.
Just reading this on Thursday so you're probably already done - best wishes for a speedy recovery!
ReplyDeleteSending you healing prayers Bee. Wishing a complete and speedy recovery. I enjoy using Facebook too but am not able to friend you through the regular channel. Perhaps you can give some instruction on how to connect with you on Facebook. I have been following your blog for years and do enjoy getting to share your life experiences. God bless.

Mary, forgive me for butting in here. Bee did post an update on Facebook. It sounds like you use Facebook. Up at the top of your page, there's a box that says "Search". There's an f to the left of it, and a magnifying glass to the right. In that box type in Bonnie Closser Cordle. (The capital letters are not necessary.) It will bring up some choices, but click on her name. It will bring up her page. At the top, click on Add Friend. She will approve you, and you will be good to go.
DeleteThank you the info but I had tried what you suggested before. The problem is that the icon for “add a friend” is not active and does not respond when selected. It’s very strange since I have not had that problem before with Facebook. I must be missing or over looking something. Take care and have a very fine weekend.
