Final storm update: I'm home with full power and Internet and cable. I emptied the fridge and freezer and I'm totally exhausted. I shall be fine tomorrow. Thanks so much for all your concern and caring. Y'all are totally tits!
At least you don't ha ve t do yard work. Plus you're up high enough that you don't hear the constnt sounds... The generator sound grinding on my nerves has now been replaced.... Mowers and blowers and chain saws! Oh, my! Plus my husband ain't exactly no spring chicken and he's wearing himself to a point of exhaustion.
I am not really complaining. So many lost everything.
Glad you are back home. I can't imagine the uneasiness it causes to be out of your comfort zone like that. I wouldn't do well with it at all. Sent a little something in the mail your way, hopefully it doesn't get held up with storm delivery issues.
Bee, I bet you are happy to be in your own home...where you can rest better. I hope Duck is doing well also. You were in everyone's prayers. Blessings to you, xoxo, Susie
Glad you're home and all is getting back to normal.
