Well I guess it's ok to post this photo since it was already on Facebook. Today is Steve's birthday and we were celebrating that and the new radio show. 

Yes you read that right. I cannot believe I agreed to this but they gave him prime time - 6:00-9:00 AM M-F. How I will ever get up this early and get through this is beyond me but I said I'd do it and I'll give it my best shot. It has been his dream for a long time and he needs me to do it with him.

Andre' today... (Monday) but first the radio show. And a meeting. 

I tried to call Paul yesterday. His phone has been out. We didn't get to talk much because the call was breaking up. 

I had breakfast with the duck. Just the two of us and I really enjoyed our talk. 

I know I'm a very bad blogger now and I'm so sorry. I really am. So much is going on every day I just feel pulled in every direction. I'd say I'll do better but right now I know I won't. Just know I cherish all of you and I'll be back when I can.

Sadly my dear friend TC passed away yesterday. I really am taking it hard. He and I became close in piano bars and it was a loving friendship. He was 43. Some things I just have such a hard time comprehending. Both the duck and d#1 cared for him as well. And I knew his mom. 

Don't waste a single day on this earth my friends. They are all precious and time is fleeting.

Our radio crew - Angel Salazar, Ana the board operator, me and Steve. So far so good. We have had some technical glitches but nothing bad and we are having a good time.

If you thought Sarge couldn't do anything with his two tools, a chainsaw and plastic butter knife, you should see Steve.

We're sitting at the dining room table and he says it's hot in here so I say go turn the air conditioner down. He gets up turns it comes back and says it didn't come on I'm still hot. 

I said didn't you turn it down and he said I turned the switch. I said what switch? He said this one.

I said that's the light switch idiot. I never saw anyone that could not do anything like this in my life. It's hysterical. 

My life is not dull. That's for sure.

The funny trio. Lenny Schultz, Steve Eskow and Kevin Farley. They did two shows, Friday and Saturday nights. Both were great. Saturday night was a sell out. 

The new radio show starts tomorrow from 11:00-12:00 M-F. I'll be there most days.

So I've seen several new movies starting with Tarzan which I liked and The Purge which was bloody but I liked it and The Shallows which had great photography but was too scary for me.  I'm looking forward to Bad Moms and Central Intelligence next.

I spent time in the pool again and it was 90 degrees and fabulous. Just fabulous. 

I've had cat feeding duty for two cats lately. First the duck's cat while he went to New York and now a neighbor's cat while he's in New York too. 

One more week on the radio and his new co-host will be there. Yay me!  He has Angel Salizar coming in for it. I can have my life back. And hopefully blog a bit better too.
