Today is the duck and I do look forward to our time together.  But I am back on my diet hard again, I have gained a few pounds recently.  I was just sloppy about my eating, a bite here, some bread there, you know, it adds up fast.  It comes on fast and leaves slow too.  I refuse to get out of control ever again.  Simply refuse.

Hopefully it will be nice when I get home so I can get in the pool too.  Yesterday I went down there but ended up not getting in.  It got overcast and it just didn't seem like something I felt like doing so I came back upstairs and got my shower and walked instead.

  1. Goodness, I too have put some weight on and I don't like it.
    And you are so right, a bite here a piece of bread there argh !
    It goes on so easy and comes off so hard.

  2. Don't forget that muscle weighs more than fat and you've ramped up your sessions with Andre. Also, the truly important numbers are blood pressure, good and bad cholesterol, glucose levels, etc.

    And your happiness level is most important! ;)

  4. Me too Bee. This past week was a bad one for eating and after getting on the scale this morning, well lets say I'm not pleased with myself, so, I going to be really serious this week. Say hi to Chuck for me. Is he going to go back into writing his blog? I would like to hear about his ideas.

  6. Working on keeping your weight down is an everyday thing. It's indeed easy to put on and very slow to take back off, but you'll do it. I know you will. Good for you. I remember when you were riding on that scooter that you sold long ago. I know you'll never allow yourself to go back there.

  7. Bee, Tape a picture of that old scooter to your never want to use that again, if you can ever help it. You are right weight goes on faster than it will ever come off.
