Memorial Day
The day we honor the fallen heroes.
Remember them at your barbecue please.
They are the reason you have the day off to celebrate.

The Marlins beat the Orioles 5-2 and I did enjoy the game since I do like both teams.  I didn't care who won and there was lots of action so it was good.

Then last night I went up to Ryan's and we watched a comedy DVD that I had from one of the ship's comedians and it was really good.  Well, actually we ate Ben and Jerry's and watched it but who's watching?

Have a great day y'all.  Just please remember the fallen heroes.  Thanks!

  1. Oh, man someone to watch movies and eat Ben & Jerry's with? Y'all. You hit the best friend JACKPOT!

My Chicago friends had their flight cancelled (due to weather somewhere) and they had to stay an extra day so my day changed on a dime yesterday! My mother was thrilled because that meant BWTB. Such unexpected fun!

No Ben & Jerry's though. bugger.;)

On my Bucket List is a Red Sox game at Fenway. I still can not believe that I have never been to one.

My parents are coming over this morning and then later I'll be dragging out my easel for some painting. Have yourself a funtabulous day. big hugs xoxo

  2. I will always respect the fact that my friend Charlie fought for everyone and at the end lost his life due to the Vietnam war. Today I will think of him especially and all those soldiers that are not with us. Have a wonderful day Bee. Ice Cream oh my. Ha,ha,ha. See ya.

  6. I thought of Charlie this morning too, and my father. There are so many that served our country and so many that gave their all.

I love Ben and Jerry's Cherry Garcia. A. Lot.

Have a fabulous day honey. Big hugs to you and my very best to Roche. ♥♥♥
