Day 11
Dr. Pinsky had the stitches above my eyes and under my chin and in front of my ears removed.  All the rest and the staples are coming out on Friday.  I'll tell you the truth it sure feels good to have some of them gone and I am anxious to have the rest out soon.  They are more annoying than painful.

I had a lovely "goodbye" dinner with Sandy and Dick last night, they are heading back to Podunk real soon.

Yesterday I sat outside in the shade for my half hour and I love it.  I am longing to get in the pool though but I have more than four weeks to wait on that.  Andre' too, more than four weeks.

Tonight I am going to poker.  D#1 is coming into town too as she has an appointment with TCD on Wednesday so I'll get another good hug there.

And that's the total of what happened in my world.  What about yours?

Not really excoting but just fine for me.

Has your doctor said anything about how fast and wonderful you are healing ?

  2. You are lookin' hawt, honey! Swelling and bruising is fading nicely and the payoff is now beginning to rear its pretty little head!

Today its the last day of the month (and the quarter to boot) so I am not expecting too much in the way of lovely orders. But we are doing some prep work like pressure washing, etching and emptying out the garage for some porch, garage and deck painting for both houses in the coming week. That will not be too much fun but well worth it when it's all done. Kinda like anything worthwhile, huh?

Enjoy poker & D#1 and all that is lovely in your world! big hugs x0x0

  6. You've a long way to go, but reaching that six week mark will be wonderful. You can go back doing whatever you want. You'll really feel liberated then. You'll also look way, way better and you're looking really good now. You'll be surprised how much swelling you have that you don't think you have. You'll see.

Have a fabulous day honey. Big hugs to you and my very best to Roche. ♥♥♥
