I was at a friend's house yesterday and she had the cutest things everywhere. Look at this lamp! Did you ever? Adorable.
So yesterday I was playing Maj and one of the girls was driving me nuts acting so hyper and talking every second. Then I was may have been a bit short with her after a few hours of this and she told me I had a bad attitude. Holy krap. If I wasn't polite I would have told her a few things but I bit my tongue and kept playing. Another of the girls was rolling her eyes at me when it happened like "what?", anyway I don't stay upset about things like this. I just move on.
Today I have canasta and then dinner with the Mayor and his lovely wife.
I need to get started with tax stuff soon because I am having the surgery March 19th and won't want to go there after that until past time for filing. I don't like extensions but if I don't have everything I might have to this year. Anyway I am hoping I can get them done early in March.
So have a lovely Thursday y'all and stay warm. It's mighty cold here today!

Crazy lamp, reminds me of one that was in an episode of "That Seventies Show"...I think that was the one. the husband loved it (a sexy leg with a shade) and put it in a window and the wife hated it. and eventually managed to break it.

I have finally reached the stage in my life where it seems I just shut my mouth and start moving my feet on away from whatever the "distressful distraction" might be. I ain't a'gonna let nobody nor nuthin' rain on my parade or spoil my buzz. Or harsh my mellow, as Pioneer Woman said in her last post. LOL.

My appt with my CPA is early next week so I'll be checking off my list this weekend. Fun times.

I have to have that woman lamp. That would great in my pool table room. As far as you having a bad attitude, I think that lady is crazy and she should just keep her mouth shut. So March 19th is surgery day. I'll mark that on my calendar. How soon could I be able to call you up? Let me know because I would hate to call you when you might be not able to speak to me.
