Whole Foods opened in the new Outlet Mall this week.
It's also known as Whole Paycheck.

All the fresh seafood is amazing.

Isn't this display something?

This is what I bought.  Two soups, strawberries, popcorn,
Parmesan chicken breast, and Key Lime juice.
Five items was over $23.00 but everything
in the store is organic and fresh.
I loved the experience.  It's is pretty large and
has things I could just look at all day.
A wonderful addition to the neighborhood.

So Andre' did a great job beating me up but I was still able to walk the stores afterward.  He asked me if I was sore after Tuesday's workout but I wasn't so he stepped it up again.

It's the last day of February and that means spring is just around the corner.  The snow birds will be headed north soon too.  I have lots of them as friends but I will admit it's really nice when they are all gone and the streets aren't so busy and the stores and restaurants.  (This is not for Sandy and Dick! - smile!)

I am off today with the entire day stretched out in front of me to do with whatever I please.  I'll let you know when I decide what I do!

Have a great day y'all.  I will too.  For sure!

  1. The fresh fish doesn't do much for me but the other organic things in the store sure would. What a great, new find for you!

  3. I'd love that store!! ♥♥♥ Fish and fresh stuff. Best we have here is Publix. Not that I am complaining about Publix. I love them.

It's the weekend which means errands, beginning with a trip to the vet's for Gracie's annual and a checkup for Sarah. I am hoping I can get squeezed in as a walk-in for a pedi somewhere today, too. And then back here early to curl up in my recliner with my book.

Enjoy your day off! big hugs xoxo

  4. I don't think they will going North not yet. It's still to cold and a great deal of snow. They might want to stay just a little longer. That's just my thoughts. The food from that store look good but kind of pricey I think. My friends Rick & Shelia are coming home from their cruise on the Breeze. These two were the the very first couple we met on our first cruise.
Have a great day my great friend. See ya.

  7. I go to that store with you the next time you go okay? I'd love to see all of it as it looks amazing.

Yes, the twins. You've not had much or anything to say about the twins. Are they behaving this year and the two old biddies at your ladies game took over? Just asking.

Have a fabulous day doing whatever you want. Big hugs to you and my very best to Roche. ♥♥♥

  8. I have a problem with Whole Foods so I don't shop there.
But the Outlet Mall is near you I think you wrote ? So that will be wonderful for you to walk there and shop. Your shopping looks wonderful. Did you try the conch fritters ?
In the hot summer months I drive over to AJ's the posh market. It has wonderful displays of fruits and vegetables.Outstanding fish and meat counters. Also their sushi is quite nice. I do make quick take away sushi runs !
Plus on a hot summer day it is so cool inside and fun to walk around. Like a micro tiny vacation. I always leave feeling happy.
Enjoy your fun new market to walk (exercise) around.

    cheers, parsnip

  9. Bee, It's sad when eating healthier cost so much more. You are in such good shape now. So proud of you walking the store after working out even. Way to go. Blessings, xoxo,Susie

  10. Our closest Whole Foods is about half an hour away, but happens to be in a college town where I work. I go there often. While we don't have the seafood selection that you do, I enjoy the prepared-ahead-with-no-preservatives stuff so we can get dinner out quickly after work. What's most fascinating to me is the cheese section! I've been reading up on essential oils and I know they can help me with those, too.
