A cove balcony is on deck two near the water line. A steel door can close the cabin off if the seas are high. It's the same inside the cabin as all the others. I do like sitting out here because it is much more private. The sound of the water keeps you from hearing others talking. It's actually loud from the seas when you are going full speed.

When I saw this invitation it was like sarge was with me for a moment and then I realized it was Chuck. Just a split second. It's not dinner but we'll go. There are nineteen diamond guests on board.

Last night I sat and talked with Pierre Camilleri about the challenges of a large ship vs. the smaller ones. Very interesting.

Hope your day is totally tits. I am about to go get mine started. It shall be amazing!

  1. Thanks for the explanation honey. I get it now. I like it unless you're in rough seas the entire cruise.

Have a fabulous day honey. Big hugs. ♥♥♥

  2. That balcony looks neat! I think I might like being that close to the water, but I won't know for sure unless I try it sometime. :-) Hope your day is wonderful.

  3. I love cove balconies and will always get one in the future. Our balcony was right over where the harbor pilots board the ship and my photos of the transfer were great. I felt so connected with the ocean all week, being so close to the water line. I loved the sound of the waves at night also.

  6. Well, well, well Miss Bee Havin'. Are you Bee Havin' enough yet? I doubt it. Ha,ha,ha. Oh how I wish I was with you at this moment. Is Chuck having fun yet? How stupid of me. I know darn well that he is. He's having the time of his life I bet. Well my wonderful friend, keep going for it every day. See ya for now Bee.

  7. I think I'd like the lower level - if you never had to risk high seas, because I wouldn't like the feeling of being closed in. But totally lacking in experience it's hard to say! We used to go to Catalina Island a lot when I was in high school. My dad preferred the smaller boats, not the big ship out of Long Beach. One time the captain let me climb out on the bow and I rode that way. I just love he ocean!!!
Keep on having a rip-roaring time!

  8. Deck Two may be a smidge lower than I'd want to be on a ship, especially one of that size. Just a smidge. Like 5 or 7 decks too much lower. Having said that, I'll bet the sounds DO drown out the other people but that generally doesn't bother me, I've never had anyone inconsiderate, at least so far.

    Enjoy the VIP party!

    big hugs xoxo
