Andre' changed up some things yesterday and I rocked it, I really did. He kept saying are you good, I'd say bring it! Sixty of those arm lifts above or whatever you call them, on each arm.
This was a cross between balance and knee bends or squats or whatever but they hurt like heck. I forget how many of them but I think it was something like a zillion. Or close anyway. He put the ball on the floor because I wasn't going down far enough so I had to touch the ball each time with my knee. Then I had to do them without the chair next.
Honey this doesn't look very hard but trust me, it was.
Then when I got home this was waiting for me!
I really can lift it with my little finger. Don't know how it would hold up as checked luggage but for carry on it's great. It doesn't feel flimsy at all.
So that way my day with a few other things tossed in for good measure, how was yours? Great I hope.
