It rained and rained and then it stopped and the sunset was amazing. I didn't win at canasta yesterday, in fact I lost six bucks but oh well, two out of three was not bad.
Today I have Andre' to beat me up and then a swim and then maybe some packing to get me in the cruise mood like I need something to help me with that, right? I know. I am most anxious to go. And mostly to spend time with the duck. We have our Sunday lunches but not much more because he is so busy with work and he SO badly needs some time off.
Did I mention that Gavin Degraw will be on this cruise? Chuck and I got tickets to his concert in the theatre. Pretty sweet, huh?
I guess that's one time I won't be in the piano bar if it's any good. There is a new woman in there, the last one stunk so I am hopeful this one is better. They can make or break an evening for sure. The crowd was SO ready to have some fun but the entertainer was like a lounge lizzard and just let it die out every night so we'd leave. I have had the best and the worst and believe me Carnival makes big bucks with a good one on bar tabs and nothing with a bad one.
Guess that's all I know for today. I didn't misbehave too much yesterday! Have a great Friday and I shall too.

ReplyDeleteI've never been on a cruise but they do sound like a lot of fun. I take that back, I was on a small cruise ship that went around all the Great Lakes but that was in 1960 and I barely remember it. Ocean ships are bigger and better, I'm sure. The ship I was on is now a museum. LOL
