You might have seen this photo yesterday on my facebook page, forgive me if you did.  Anyway as you can plainly see I still cannot take a good night shot with an iPhone although I have seen photos others have taken that are great with the same phone,  Anyway I completely enjoyed looking at it both nights, so beautiful.  I laid in bed and listened to music and just watched it until I fell asleep.

Yesterday I did not get any exercise so I have to hit it hard this afternoon when I get back from seeing the duck.  I did, however, have a lovely lunch with a friend yesterday.  That ended up lasting until 5:00 it was so much fun.  You know I have fun wherever I go don't I?  I hope you do too.

I read an article last night about what is on your sheets.  I used to wash them weekly and then I went to twice a week some time back.  After reading that article I think I need to change them daily now.  Ewww.  Between the sweat, dust mites, and dead skin I don't even want to lay down!  I get so creeped out by germs and this is worst than that.

I heard that the guy that got hurt at the club broke his femer when he fell I guess getting out from the fire.  I have not found out (or asked anyone yet) about the damage inside the club since I was gone all day having a lovely time.  I'll find out and let you know though.

Have a perfectly lovely Sunday y'all.  I will too, for sure.

  1. Sometimes it is better not to know. Some germs are good for you.

  3. There's a great show on TV that you should never watch. It's called "Monsters Inside Me," and regales with tales of people and the things I won't mention out of respect.... But it is truly interesting!
I'm sorry dude broke his leg!!!! That's horrible.
Hope your Sunday With the Duck is a fun one!!!

  5. A visit that went from lunch into dinner means that you really enjoyed yourself. Anytime with you is a wonderful time Bee. You glow with enthusiasm and love when ever you are with others and that is why everyone loves you. I know I am even when I receive a phone call from you. After we hang up, my entire day is happier.
Sorry to hear about that man. A broken femur is not nice. He'll be out for a while. Mary Lou loves your new sofa.
Tonight I take her out for dinner for our 40th anniversary. Can you believe it? 40 years with me? Ha,ha,ha. I'm a very lucky man having such a beautiful and wonderful woman. Thank God!
Have a great day my lovely friend and say hi to the Duck. See ya.

  6. I wouldn't change the sheets daily. The more sterile you make your condo, the less resistance to germs you will have outside of it. Not all germs are bad.

  7. I just ignore the sheets thing and other things too. I know there are tons of little critters that I can see and all of them are working overtime. Bless their hearts.

I'm so happy you had a wonderful long lunch. I'm guessing it was with that cute guy from several days ago. Good for you.

Have a fabulous day honey. Big hugs to you and my very best to Roche. :)

  8. I change mine three times a week, and like the fresh smell and cool feel.

Basically you are a very clean and tidy person, Bee.
If you machine wash your mattress pad, pillowcase liner and duvet cover once a week, your sheets and pillowcase are fine washing them two or three times a week.
You don't sweat excessively, nor shed that many skin cells every night.
I think that dust mites hang out in carpeting usually, not sheets that have been washed.

Glad that your lunch was so fun that it lasted that long! People that you can chat with like that are a pleasure.

    The full moon is gorgeous!
