So as I write this I am on the train home surrounded, once again, by the dregs humanity and we are currently running an hour and a half late. First I was seated next to a guy that had a wooden back scratcher and continually either stuffed it down the back of his shirt, then down the front of his shirt, then up each sleeve and finally down his pants scratching at each stop.

I posted photos of the cake from the lido to remind me that life is not this awful everywhere.

Currently there is a small child kicking the back of my seat and screaming while his mama plays rap music on her phone and occasionally stops her own singing long enough to yell at him.

Next to me is a young(ish) guy with an iPhone paying video games loudly. Happy happy joy joy.

Hope your day is better than mine right now.

The end.

Bee-having...

  1. This too shall pass. Worth the inconvenience of train travel since your cruise was so fabulous. Or as John Heald would say, "Brilliant!" Love that man; he has lost 50 pounds and it is apparent in his latest profile photo with Kye.

  3. How horrible. It's a shame that there are people that react in such a manner. You'll be home soon my wonderful friend. I had planned on calling you this morning. It's good that I didn't because you wouldn't have been home. Maybe I'll call soon. See ya.

That might help it go better.

  6. And THAT is just one reason I HATE the end of a cruise. Maybe Carnival needs to start up a train line and show them how it's done!

  7. This is what happens when you ride the trains. It's not going to change. It will be the same clods both ways. Always. They are into themselves. No one or anything else matters to them but them. That's the problem with folks today. No manners.

Have a fabulous day honey. Big hugs to you and my best to Roche. :)
