Well this is me after ten weeks, twenty sessions with Andre'.  I honestly cannot see much difference other than my butt was whipped when he took this and I look older, much older! Ha.  Anyway I am committed to ten more sessions, five more weeks and that may be it.  I know I could do this myself now but would I?  I honestly don't know.  It's something about "well it's paid for so I have to go" mentality, huh?  Just can't get rid of that belly, can I?  Sigh...

Then I went in the pool and it was warm and delightful.  I read a while out there too.  It was a great day followed by a great evening.  I got to see Sandy and Dick last night!  So sweet.  They may be cruising with me in March too.  Hope so.

I haven't received any cookies yet but it may be too soon.  If you owe me cookies and don't have my address my email is on the sidebar.  Right over there <---.  You think I'm kidding right?  Nope.  Get crackin' you non commenters.  A deal is a deal!

Have a great Saturday y'all.  I'll be in the card room instead of the pool but somebody has to do it.

  1. Well... where did my comment go? bugger.

I think you are one amazing woman! And speaking from expeience, I am betting that while you may not see any difference I bet you do feel stronger!

Hooray for a visit with Sandy and Dick! And a cruise is even better!

Guess what? I had a customer from Blue Ridge call yesterday to order. I think it might be the only print shop in the area. hahaha!

Enjoy your day. big hugs xoxo

  2. My first comment disappeared, too! Strange. Anyway, I think you look amazing and I'm glad you got to visit with some of my favorite people! Hugs!

  3. You definitely looked good last night! Shame on us for not thinking of a photo! Let's do it again.

    Big hugs, my friend...

  4. I keep thinking the same thing about myself--what to do with the belly!!! The price we pay for the kids we had--yes?

  5. I have a bit of a belly too, but work on it most of the time. It's just what happens to most of us when we age. Men too. Some people have great genes and have no tummy at all. Bless their hearts. I think you look fabulous and I don't think you look old. So there. You are beautiful.

Have a fabulous day honey. Big hugs to you and my very best to Roche. ♥♥♥

    1. Shame on me. I saw the mandatory comment post but it was in the middle of the night (couldn't sleep) and thought I'd remember to post on my laptop the next day. Well here it is 2 or 3 days later and I suddenly remembered. Am I forgiven? I am posting as anonymous because I don't know anything about posting to blogs. I have, however, been a "Bee Stalker" for years. Been here for the good times and bad and I must say, you are an inspiration to me and to so many others. Thank you for your blog. My day wouldn't be complete without reading the thoughts you've shared.

    2. cathy! thank you so much! and i'll let you off the "cookie" hook now. keep reading and don't be afraid to comment please.

      smiles, bee

  6. Oh y'all will have fun on the cruise... Can I go too? LOL!

  7. I thought of you when I was swimming. Cool here again but the water is warm, so I shall keep on swimming!

  8. I don't exercise to keep my girlish figure, since that went away the same time the last drop of estrogen left my body. I am staving off osteoporosis, keeping my mind sharp (shhh, it's my fantasy) and improving my balance so I don't fall down and break a hip. I am pretty good about working out on my own, but I use a trainer/go to classes a few times a year to make sure I am doing it right. You are doing fantastic.

  9. I think that you look great. The exercise is helping make and keep you strong. It is really good for you even if you don't see the difference. I think that having the trainer for as long as you can is a great idea. You'll go even when you don't want to and he will get you even stronger.

you know i love comments, don't be shy! and if you are a spammer that got through, buggers to you. get a life somewhere else!
