Gosh I did so many sit ups yesterday and push ups and all kinds of stuff.  Andre' said to pull up on this thingy and I didn't need to, I could do it by myself, thirty times.  He said he didn't know I was that strong.  Soooo, he stepped it up some more.  Then I went to the bank, got the car washed, and went to the pool.  And then I couldn't move my arms! Ha ha.  I guess I deserved that.  They feel better now though, I worked them in the pool and that sort of loosened them up.

Last night I lost $28.00 at poker but after the fiasco last week that was like a win.

If you have a MAC did you upgrade the operating system yet.  I did, it took a while but it's done successfully.  The new one is free too.  It's called Maverick.  Now I have to see what it's about.

And that was my whole day yesterday.  How was yours?

I am trying to decide when to get my hair done.  The cruise is in about six weeks so if I get it done soon then I can get it done again right before I leave.

That's everything that is in my brain.  Every little thing.  Have a great Prince Spaghetti Day y'all.  I will too.  For sure.

  3. Push ups? WOW! You GO, girl! Despite eating mostly healthy, fish everyday and veggies and fruits, I gained 2 pounds on my cruise (darn those yummy desserts!) but today is back to business for me. I've got to get out this morning to pick up some greens for my smoothies and a few things for a soup. I had my phone glued to my ear yesterday and could barely get out of my office to go potty!

    I miss my mac. srsly.

Have yourself a perfectly lovely day! big hugs xoxo

  6. Good Morning Bee,
Please do not give up on Downton Abbey yet. I think the writers are trying to develop other story lines and characters after they killed off Lady Mary's husband.
I did upgrade to Maverick and works like a charm (most Apple products do). You will get use to the new look and see how seamlessly it works.
Congrats on your exercise regime. I do admire your strong will to remain healthy and strong.
    Have a lovely day,

  7. Way to go on that workout. Good for you. Being strong is a good thing.

You had a win indeed when you only lose twenty eight bucks.

Have a fabulous day. Big hugs to you and my very best to Roche. ♥♥♥

  8. Bee, Staying strong is good. That is one reason I will shovel snow and rake leaves. It's work but it helps keep me strong. But I didn't get to loosen up in the pool.LOL Enjoy your wonderful weather and the pool. xoxo,Susie
