HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Welcome 2014.  Let's all make it a wonderful year showing compassion, generosity, patience, and love.  And if you can't do that, just wing it and pretend.  You can surely do that!  (kidding!)

I got invited to another party last night but had already said I would go to one so I did and it was very nice.  I was home by 8:30 and in my jammies by 8:45.  Yep, party fun, I has it!  Seriously I did have a really nice time.

I was in the buffet line and next to me was a guy I hadn't seen in a while named Ronnie.  The first thing he said was where's Charlie?  He didn't know and it's been almost two years.  Poor thing felt so bad.  I tried to lighten up the moment and it passed but there are still things like this happening.  

Well let me just say that I plan on having a perfectly wonderful new year, all 365 days of it.  In fact I won't allow anything else.  Nope, it's gonna' be a keeper!  Have a great day my friends and a very happy new year.  And thanks for reading again this year, hopefully you'll still be with me this time next year.  Y'all rock!  At least that's what Roche' said...

    The Mrs & I are hoping to take an Alaska cruise this year and I am also hoping to take a cruise out of Charleston in November that has some old classmates of mine entertaining on the boat - it is a British Invasion themed cruise

    It's hard to believe it's been almost two years - Charlie still seems so present. Men like him are memorable, and our hearts hold them dear.
