Well it's Sunday so you know what that means, lunch with the duck and grocery shopping.

I had a great day yesterday.  An outing with a friend and then it was warm enough for me to get in the pool afterwards.  Lovely day for sure.

There are LOTS of people here now and the condo is full of folks getting away from the cold but the pool was still quiet and that was nice.  My hallway smells like bacon every morning now. It does smell good too but I'm not making any.  Or eating any.  Or anything.  Rats.

Oh, last night I got a call from a nice gal pal on the left coast.  That was the end of a really nice day, getting to talk to someone special.

Guess that's all I have today.  Hope your Sunday is totally tits.  Mine will be for sure!

  1. Hi Bee. I should be the first person to comment since I'm writing this at 12:07 am in the morning. Our friends just left after having a tremendous evening of drinks, food and conversation. Jerry & his wife Shirley are good friends. After I wake up I might just send you another comment just for the heck of it or because I'm a little crazy. Time to go to sleep now. I'm a little exhausted. Good night or good morning my wonderful, beautiful, crazy, loving and hot lady. See you.

  2. Bacon. Yummy. Now I may need to make that today. Are you taking Roche on the cruise?

  3. It was a tad raw here yesterday. Sweatshirt and jacket weather. And it poured last night. POURED. My patio is drenched. But it was lovely and relaxing and you won't hear one complaint from me! Enjoy your warmth and sunshine!

  5. Good morning Bee. I'm wide awake and raring to go. The problem is there is nowhere to go today. That's OK, I've got my football games to watch even though my Detroit Lions are out of the playoffs the stupid players & coaches.
Have a great lunch with Chuck and say hi to him from MaryLou & me. Have a wonderful day you lovely friend of mine.

PS Say hi to my friend Roche.

Have a fabulous day in the sun honey. I'm sure you'll be hitting the pool after lunch? I hope so. Big hugs to you and my very best to Roche. ♥♥♥

  8. No bacon here...we had cereal, then Dick helped Jason put the inflatable boat together. Now they have gone to the boat store for something or other. Can't advertise that my kids are here, so don't tell anyone:) Have fun with the duck.

Big hugs from overcast KL, honey...

  9. My Sunday has been good, and I hope yours is, too. Had breakfast with my son this morning -a real treat!-before he headed home. No bacon, though. He asked for waffles, so waffles he got. No swimming here, though. Blanket and tv football for me, after playing and singing the last round of Christmas carols this morning at church and this afternoon at the nursing home. I am blessed. Hugs to you and the Duck!

  10. Hi Bee, I figured that since I wrote in your blog at midnight last night and this morning I might as well write tonight to close off the day. Isn't that great? Ha,ha,ha. See you tomorrow my wonderful friend.

  11. Bacon?! Yum!!! We don't buy that too often, too tempting to eat it all. I'm the worst when cooking it too, keep eating and by the time its all done, there's not too much left for anyone else. Oops!
