My brain is getting into cruise mode again. It's a ways off yet but that's okay, I like the planning and getting ready part too. Did you hear Carnival ordered another new ship yesterday? Yup, the Carnival Vista due out in 2016. Hope it comes to Miami. That hasn't been determined yet.
Yesterday I did an hour in the pool and it felt totally wonderful. The sun was out and it was pretty breezy but not too bad, it was great really. It got stormy later on but I was already done by then.
I also ordered another toilet tattoo for my bathroom this time. It's a pink and green lilly, one big flower.
D#1 is coming back tomorrow to get the pre-op stuff done before the surgery. I have heard so many great things about her surgeon and his partner and they will both be in there for it. I have every confidence in them now. She will be fine.
Have a lovely Sunday y'all. I will too, I'm seeing the duck!
Buongiorno!

ReplyDeleteI'm glad you had some pool time. Finally.
ReplyDeleteOkay on the cruise. Are you taking Roche? Probably.
Great news on daughter #1s surgery. I'm sure she has the very best in doctors.
Have a terrific day honey. Big hugs. :)
Hi Bee. Since you mentioned about your cruise I'm excited about mine even though it doesn't take place until Feb. 1st 2014. I'm trying to arrange an excursion for MaryLou and myself but its hard because I can't do much of the wild stuff. We'll see. What is the name of your ship and the itinerary? I know that I'm nosy my lovely friend. How is the Duck been doing lately? I've been wondering about him. I wrote in my blog today. I hope that I'll try writing a little each day if possible. See Bee.

Yay for the pool! Glad you got your hour in before the rain returned. And anticipating a cruise is half the fun!
ReplyDeleteExcited about the Carnival Vista. Hope it has Cove balconies; we loved our on the Carnival Dream. It was thrilling to be right down near the waterline. We had a great view of the harbor pilots jumping on and off the ship at each port.
ReplyDeleteYay for cruises! Not that I've been on one or anything, but I know you enjoy them.
ReplyDeleteBest of luck to your daughter. The surgery sounds very similar to the back surgery my dad had a few years ago. Do they do it in two parts?
