Gosh I had some nice comments yesterday, thank you so much. It was a rainy day but I couldn't get in the pool anyway. I don't think I told you but at the dermatologist Thursday I had a biopsy on my leg. I don't think it's anything to worry about but I can't get it in the pool until Monday. I can shower but not keep it in the water that long to swim. Anyway it was rainy so it didn't matter.
Instead I cooked some yummy things. I need to come up with some new bee bandwagon recipes. I didn't do that but am thinking about a few things. I also haven't made the figure friendly fajitas for a long time and those are sounding good.
Yesterday when I got on the scale I was down a whole pound. I am now the lowest weight I have been since 1986. What about that? I still have another ways to go, maybe 15-20 pounds more, then I'll be done and have to just keep it there. Which I fully intend to do.
So have a lovely Sunday y'all. I will too. I'll be seeing the duck!
Since you can't go into the pool it was a good day for it to rain.
ReplyDeleteWonderful news about the scale.
You looked so pretty in the blue dress yesterday.
As for the blog page.....
Thank goodness I transferred the blogs I followed to the side bar on my blog page before Google shut down. Your blog didn't post so I finally figured out how to input it.
I like Google reader better but at lest I can follow the blogs. I have bloglovin but it only updates twice a day.
cheers, parsnip
It was a good day for rain, in that case. I cooked a bunch yesterday and today. Got lots in the freezer, but I won't say what. :-(. I did make a really cool sauce for BBQ pork with peach schnapps! I've got to keep away from Pinterest! Although, I've been keeping some of Barb's smoothie recipes. I've had a protein shake every a.m. since 2001!
ReplyDeleteHave a blessed Sunday! Oh yeah, you're never boring!
I was hoping to just maintain and not gain but I probably gained a few pounds on vacation, especially since my sister's blender couldn't handle my smoothies... and that's okay! They'll come right off when I get back home. Which will be by suppertime... Gray babies and my own bed tonight. :D
ReplyDeleteHave yourself a lovely day. big hugs xoxo

Bee, when I started my quest, I weighed 235 and now I'm 192. I'm so grateful for you. I feel & look so much better because of you my lovely friend. God had us meet for a reason. Someday I'll kiss you again or at least hug you or whatever you want, maybe both. Ha,ha,ha. See you later Bee.

Bee, Big hugs for you...you are a kick butt lady!! How many of us could make that staement about being smaller , or at the same weight as of 1986. Not me dear friend. My sister told me I looked thinner...all I can say is that must have been a big 8 pounds I lost. I would love to loss 20 but will go for 10 first.LOLxoxo,Susie

Way to go on losing another pound. That rocks.
ReplyDeleteSorry you can't go into the pool, but you'll be done with this in no time and be back in that pool.
