Sunday - a sea day

Ronaldo shows off Roche's poker chips, he now has seventy-five bucks of his own. They made fast friends too, this pair.

The punchlinercomedy brunch was fun, Roche's had a nice breakfast and then...

he had a mimosa. After that he had to have a nap. Tonight is formal night and he's going to lots of activities. Oh, and the rest of us are having a pretty danged good time too!

The formal night dinner was a huge success and so was the show and the comedy club. Allyn Ball outdid himself and had us roaring.

So, all in all it's a great cruise so far. The only (teeny tiny) thing wrong was that I forgot my hairspray and had to get some in the spa as the gift shop did not have any. It was $22.00. For a small can of hairspray.

But then on an up note John Heald sent me champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, a solid gold plastic ship on a stick and a lovely letter. That's about as good as it gets...

  1. Bee, Talk about price gouging...that was way too much for hairspray. But when you need what can you do? I like that you took Roche with you. I bet you found plenty of fun things to do at sea. xoxo,Susie

  4. Love your travelogues! I'm sure you're a bright spot in the lives of the crew - shake up the routine for them. As you were! (Having fun, that is!)

  6. Yikes! Hopefully the hairspray was worth it. Of course, flat head is icky, so I'd say any price is worth it, lol. I am still working on finding the perfect hairspray that doesn't weigh my hair down flat.

Roche looks like he's enjoying himself, but I noticed already he has a bit of his old man in him.. mimosa! Srsly?! Do hope he doesn't meet up with an island hussie and make more babies! lol.

Enjoy your trip! Thanks for sharing with us so we can enjoy it too!

  8. Oh how wonderful day and night you've had especially the note and goodies from John. I doubt he'll ever forget you Bee. It was amazing that he forgot me until you reminded him about little old me. Since he has moved into Facebook, he seems to have forgotten the original people that began his blog. Oh well, that's life moving on.
Roche" seems to have taken over on the cruise. Did you have him wear a tuxedo?
On Thursday I'll be golfing for the first time this year. I can't wait. Continue to have a wonderful cruise my lovely friend. See ya.
