What do I have, like an inch of roots going on here?  My word, made a hair appointment!  And hey, I'm not gray, those roots are light blonde!  So what do you think of the necklace I did?  I like it pretty good and it's really light weight.

Last night's dinner was really nice.  The same food as the last time because it was such a hit and I did eat a bit too much.  Not too much mind you, but a bit too much and then I was uncomfortable.  I had to walk it off.

I had some really clever comments on my Roche' post two days ago.  If you haven't seen them you should go read them.  I love y'all's sense of humor.  Oh, and did you notice I used the only word there is with two apostrophes in the previous sentence?  Yes, in the south it is a word.

Anyway Roche' is due to arrive here on Tuesday.  I am excited already.  Hopefully he'll be here in time to go to poker with me.  That is if he's not too tired from his trip.  I may even let him play a few hands, he'll have to learn sometime and the earlier the better.

Have a great Friday.  I will, I'll be the one at the pool...

  1. That necklace is beautiful! As is the model. Are you in cruise mode yet? I can't wait to see your life with the new baby boy. Hope the duck doesn't get too jealous about his adopted brother. LOL! I know you'll spoil him rotten!

  2. Be careful if you take him in the pool--he might sink like a rock!

  3. All his cousins must be living at my home. I will have to send some photos of his cousins to him so he won't be homesick.

    Cruise excitement !

  4. Y'all's is definitely a word!

I did highlights on my last appointment. Not sure if I'll repeat it. Although I don't ever see myself doing color. I like gray hair, generally speaking. But primarily, speaking for myself, I'd hate being a slave to the skunk stripe. That's my sister Lynda's phrase... she's a slave to the skunk stripe, for sure!

I'm so glad you're beading again! YAY!

Have a lovely day! big hugs xoxo

  6. Bee -

The Rockternarian's office called while you are out - Roche's reservations for being attended to have been confirmed and they were able to give you the garden environment that you asked for.

Their only concern is whether or not Roche' will pick on the pebbles or be a good influence.

    (another big smilie)

  7. Bee, You look great. I love that necklace and earrings. I had to go back to some previous post to see that "Roche" was no some fancy butt Frenchman coming to stay with you.LOL If mangament pops in to your apartment to check out rumors of pets..put the rocks by the door...they can pose as doorstops.xoxo,Susie

  8. Ha,ha,ha, sink like a rock.

You my lovely friend just looks devine. I hope that is the correct word. Well Bee you look beautiful. We have decided to take two days off from going to the hospital. I don't think mom really knows what days we go anyways. We just need more time for us now before we drop.

Cruise time is going to be soon my wonderful friend. I wish I was with you but I'll be reading about your cruise as if I was with you. See ya.

  13. Yes, you have to have your hair squared away to go on a cruise. I know you'll have the pedicure too. Can't get past the inspection if you don't.

I'm going to go back and read the comments about your baby.

Have a fabulous day. Big hugs from warm and sunny California. ☺
