You know the old adage that there is no such thing as a stupid question? Well it's no longer true. Nope. We had a meeting yesterday about the new resort behind us and there were lots of interested people attending. They took questions from the audience. One of my "two friends" (wink) asked the following: "Are those new lakes man-made?" Thud...
Are my eyes getting bluer yet? I think so. Funny thing, huh? I understand this happens occasionally but I have never known anyone else that it happened to. y'all. And it's not a reflexion of my clothes because they are that blue no matter what I wear.
Today is canasta and poker. I am getting tired of having two games on one day and may give up my Tuesday canasta game. Not sure yet.
Have yourselves a lovely Tuesday. I will too!
I have a blue circle around my green/hazel eyes. No one I know besides you has anything like this. They have stayed like this for several years but lately the blue has gotten a bit larger.
ReplyDeletecheers, parsnip
I like the painting!
ReplyDeleteMy eyes used to be very dark brown. They're fading out. Bummer... Your eyes are lovely - what luck!
When I worked at Knott's, we had some pretty stupid questions. Makes me laugh!
Buongiorno!
ReplyDeleteAgnese too has gren or blue eyes, Agata very blue only!
Mine are so dark!
Isee no image through my tablet, thou!!!
Big hugs!!!
Your blue eyes are pretty. I find that when I am at a meeting of moms at school, the questions can be so dumb. I'm amazed they can drive their giant mom suv's around without killing everyone!
ReplyDeleteBe careful how much stupid you stand close to. y'all. You wouldn't want it rubbing off. bahahahaha!
ReplyDeleteThe blue eye phenomenon - have you asked your doctors about it? You may have already said but I forget. I may have stood too close to stupid myself.
You do have a demanding schedule. =)
big hugs xoxo
Oh... and I *LOVE* your wall art behind you!
ReplyDeleteBlonde, huh?! Stupid is as stupid does.
ReplyDeletePretty blue eyes, yes they are. I immediately noticed the orchids...beautiful painting. Told you so!
Big hugs, honey...
Your eyes are very beautiful. They stare at me when I look at you. You can't look at me. Ha,ha,ha. Guess what? My friend Al came in and he wants a BBQ today. He's bought the steaks so I'll turn on my BBQ. The only thing it's 34 degrees. Brrrrrrrrrr. See you my lovely friend.
ReplyDeletePaul
Some people do redefine "dumb", don't they?
ReplyDeleteI like your orchid painting, too, and your green and pink color scheme. It would be a shame to give up a card game, but you've gotta do what you've gotta do! :-)
Whatever you do, have fun at it! Hugs.
The twins aren't very smart are they? Bwahahahahahahaha. Hello!
ReplyDeleteI too love the painting. Very pretty.
Have a terrific day honey. Big hugs from sunny and warm California. :)
Are those NEW lakes man-made... DUHHHHHH! Some people amaze me. Bee, you are beautiful! Blue eyes and all! Hugs!
ReplyDeleteI hope the answer was (with a deadpan serious delivery), "Oh, no, never. We plan to import all-natural lakes and install them on the grounds."
ReplyDeleteSome people open their mouth without putting their brain in gear don't you think? ;)
ReplyDeleteLove your scarf Bee and the painting behind you. :)
Yes, there are foolish questions. Sometimes it's better to remain silent and thought dumb, than to speak and remove all doubt.
ReplyDeleteI can't tell if your eyes are bluer, but they sure look beautiful. By the way, I really like your scarf.
