Lunch on the lido was delicious but tons of people. The crowd is MUCH older than Carnival and we have only seen three (THREE) children on board. Yes, three. Amazing. Anyway it's almost time for Muster and then more walking. I am walking a LOT! Yay me! And I'm also taking advantage of the free internet while in port. Posts will me scarcer but daily I hope in the future.

I love the closet area in Princess cabins; it is almost like a walk-in closet. I do miss having a couch in the cabin, though.
ReplyDeleteI'll bet the 10 day cruise length is a reason this sailing has an older crowd. It is hard to get more than a week for vacation when you work.
ReplyDeleteThere's room for a wine glass or two on that balcony table. :) Oh, I so WIWT!
ReplyDeletebig hugs xoxo
I like and you have a balcony. Very important indeed. Just have fun and look at all that sunshine. Have a fabulous cruise honey.
ReplyDeleteBig hugs. :)
You two have a fun time! We want a full report when you can, or after... I'm so excited... we all get to go on a cruise! Thanks for taking us along. :-)
ReplyDeleteSOOOO pretty! Enjoy it all.
ReplyDeleteI love the colors in the room, but where is your counter and makeup area?
ReplyDeleteHave fun, but I know you will.
Big Hugs,
Bobbi
Bobbi, the counter and makeup desk is on the same wall as the headboards of the beds. You can just see the chair you sit in the bottom right of Bee's photo.
DeleteOK Bee. this is what I want you to do for me if you can. What is the difference of Princess compared to Carnival. Very positive things
ReplyDeleteHave a great cruise you two.
Paul
A few differences I noticed between Carnival & Princess: Carnival has larger cabins, better and more kinds of nightly entertainment, carries a younger crowd with many children, and specializes in "fun."
DeletePrincess has wonderful food and the ships are gorgeously decorated. Marble, fine woods, everything is very high end and beautiful. Princess has a wonderful 24 hour cafe, fewer children and delivers a laid back experience. Princess is for eating, relaxing and being pampered. The nightlife is lacking in my opinion; I preferto have lots of options.
I love children but prefer to holiday where there are none. Your cabin looks lovely and I love a balcony.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy the cruise.

Bee, Your balcony makes me want to cruise again. I loved being on our balcony as we sailed into ports. Enjoy yourself, don't over do, just be safe. xoxox, Susie
ReplyDeleteI am envious! We have to wait until April before we cruise again.
ReplyDeleteCiao Bee!
ReplyDeleteIt sounds like you will enjoy the time in or out of your pretty cabine!
Have fun!!!
Big hugs!!!
Cyber cruising is better than NO cruising!
ReplyDeleteBig hugs times two, honey...
Bee, I hope you see this. I forgot to tell you that the lido pizza on Princess is my favorite pizza of all the cruise lines. Hope you get to try a slice.
