Inside my head (on fish oil)

Whew, I'm still tired from swimming last evening and here it is morning and I'm going again.  It's quiet, no one is around and my fish oil kicks in.

Man that building is tall.  I wonder how tall it is.  Well it's time to get up and get in and get started.  A few stretches and a walk back and forth to warm up.  Warm up?  Hell it's 86 degrees, what do I have to warm up for?  But I do.  Oh, it's nice and warm in here.  Not quite like a bathtub like in the afternoon but morning is good too.  I remembered to use lots of moisturizer this morning and sunblock on my lips too.  Time to jog.

Lucky for me wrinkly old guy with radio is not here.  He gets on my nerves, creepy like.  Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way... I have to go get some fish today so I don't have to eat another chicken breast.  Paul says tilapia.  Sarge used to love it when I cooked tilapia, he liked it in a sandwich.  With a lot of mayo though.  That man could eat a mayo sandwich I swear.  Dashing through the snow, in a one horse open sleigh, laughing all the way...

Oh this water is lovely, I swear I could live in this pool.  Why didn't I come here for the last 12 years?  No idea on this earth.  Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the... hey Barb said to try flounder, maybe I'll buy that.  I'll have to see what looks good and maybe ask the fish guy.  What do you call a fish guy, a monger?  I wonder why... way, oh what fun it is to ride in a one horse open sleigh... Oh I hear the landscaper making things look beautiful out there!

Look at those clouds!  How beautiful, I could stare at them all day.  Is that a dragon?  Oh, that one looks a bit x rated, I'd better not look at that one or I'll go blind... jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all... hey look at that bird circling up there, I hope he doesn't come down here and peck my eyes out, krap I'm scared of birds.  Oh I hope they have those little black plums at the fruit stand today, they are so good and only 30 calories each.  That landscaper sure is noisy, hope he stops soon.  in a one horse open sleigh, hey!

Look at that new palm frond shooting out of the top of that tree.  Birds sit on it before it breaks down and gets all palm frondy like.  It's been 45 minutes, time to walk some laps and do some stretches.  It feels so good.  Oh another danged bird up there, what does he want?  Shoo!  in a one horse open sleigh, hey!  Okay, out I go, that rail is hot but I do have to hold onto it.  I sure don't want to fall now do I?  Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle... rats that landscaper is still making noise, stop already.  all the way, oh what fun it is to ride in a ...

one horse open sleigh, hey!  I think I'll read a bit while I dry.  It's nice and shady here under the canopy.  No birds in here either, laughing all the way... o'er the fields we go!

Oh look, there is the back of the club.  I can still hear that landscaper's noisy thing going.  Buggers.  Man am I getting hungry.  It's almost time to go back upstairs.  What to have for lunch?  Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way, oh what about a tomato sandwich?  That would be good.  I have a nice tomato just sitting there on the counter.  Tits to that! fun it is to ride in a one horse...

Tired, sunburned a bit, sleepy, hungry, no makeup (well except for on my waddle) and ready to go... in a one horse open sleigh...

  1. What a great blog!! Ok, I cheated and read it before I go to bed. I'm catching up on Big Brother After Dark. Do you watch it? I have to watch last nights show before I tape tonight! Soon we will be dashing through the snow - oh no, I won't be, I'll be in sunny warm Florida in a heated pool!!

  6. Bee, You are so funny:):) I loved the photos today. After being out in the pool, you need to have a glass of water, when you return to your home. You are amazing lady. xo, Susie

  9. What a great post, you gave me my first smile this morning Bee. I am not a fish person, but I can do Tilapia. I have also tried Crappie, but I suppose you might have to have someone go fishing for you, not sure that is something they sell at the store. Today we are having a birthday party for Bethany, really just a family get together. We have the cake (love birthday cake to death) and will do snacky finger foods. Last night we had cupcakes and Bethany, Geoff and I stood in the kitchen eating them oohhing and ahhing with every bite. Mine was pumpking spice, Bethany had a black forrest and Geoff had an Oreo one. James had a German Chocolate, but he ate his earlier than we did. I still have some of mine left over, so maybe it will be breakfast. Yumm, did you slip me some of your fish oil?

    Big Hugs,

    Bobbi

  10. Oh Bee. What a fantastic and comical post my lovely friend. You made my day. I'm still laughing. Charlie has to be laughing in heaven after that one. How did you ever think about that one? No don't even tell me. Ha,ha,ha. Hey Bee, how about cod fish or reindeer. Ha,ha,ha. I'll have to try that on my blog. Now which Christmas song should I sing? Ha,ha,ha. Wait until I tell Mary Lou to read your blog. She's probably wondering why I laughing so much. Have a great day you comedian.

  14. Why on earth are you singing Christmas songs in Florida in September? Unless they've got a nice beat and you can jog to them of course!

I wish we had some of those blue skies and big clouds up this way but it's been more humid than Florida in July up here lately. I went out to mow the lawn this afternoon and was wetter than if I'd taken a shower afterward- yuck!!

Oh .. and I'm with Sarge, a mayonnaise sandwich with maybe a little lettuce for color is pretty durned tasty! To hecks with the fish!
