Next up was this guy and of course Roche' fell madly in love yet again.

I had the whole pool to myself while everyone else went ashore. TITS!




And okay. I might have been back there again. But in my defense just look at the faces of the others. Yep, entertained. We has it.

Curacao is beautiful but I already went here so I stayed on the ship and took these photos from my balcony.



The colors of the buildings are so pretty and tropical looking.



But if you see the smokestacks there IS a good bit of polution here. The duck went ashore by himself to wander around and "look at stuff".

I went to the pool and enjoyed a bit of quiet time.

Roche' lost his tiara. He is, of course, heartbroken but the towel animals are trying very hard to cheer him up. (Y'all.)

We are in port until late tonight but stuff is open so I don't care. I am still loving it, wywh!

Red Velvet cupcake day on the lido!! I know, they look like little red boobies but they're not, they're light little tastes of red velvet heaven. My favorite. They only have them once per cruise and if you miss them, well, you don't get any.

So leaving La Romana is something so sweet. The people line up on the pier and applaud the ship and yell thank you for coming. Please come again. So poor and so sweet but it's still a bit scary there. There are guards all over and that helps but they tell you on the ship not to go off on your own in this port.

Tomorrow is Curacao and we are there late, arriving around 2:00 pm and staying rather late.

No comedy shows tonight so it's the piano bar again. The theatre show is Divas and I have already seen it several times.

Now be good y'all. And you know I will too, right?

Sunshine and lollipops... yup, that's what's happening in my world.



Roche' has another new love. He's fickle but he's cute, a little heartbreaker. So last night I finally got to see a few shows in the comedy club. Very funny guys. TC in the piano bar was ill so there was a sub and I didn't go back after the shows. Not the best.

To Tuesday is La Romana, Dominican Republc. I will not be getting off the ship. We are there from 9:00 to 5:00 and I'll have the lido and the pool pretty much to myself.

So far the cruise is fabulous. WYWH!

I went to a cooking demonstration at the steak house. Loved it!


Carnival gift before dinner tonight.



Cruise director Butch Begovitch at the Captain's meet and greet. I didn't get a photo with the Captain because there was a long line but I will at the diamond guest party.

Today was sunny, warm, and very windy. I had a lovely nap after the cooking demonstration. They made mushroom soup, spinach salad, chicken and tiramisu. We got to try everything too. Delicious.

I am still waiting for red velvet cupcake day on the lido. Remember they only do it once and it's my favorite so i don't want to miss it.

I am not headed for the comedy club and the piano bar. Since I had that nap I am good to go!

Creme Brule'! The duck's favorite and I must say pretty danged good after I scraped off the sugar from the top. Most people like that but not me. Too sweet.





This is TC (Todd Fugate) from the piano bar. So far so good. He says he gets crazy at the later set so we'll go back then but he's fun and good.





Roche' is in love. He named this guy Ellie and he just gazes lovingly at him.

So the cruise is lots of fun so far and I only expect it to get better. Stay tuned...

Leaving out of Miami looks like this and it's where I'll be!  I am wondering if we'll leave on time as many flights are cancelled or delayed but don't really care when we leave once we get on the ship.  I really don't care if we just sit in Miami for 8 days if you want to know the truth!  To me it's the cruise, not the ports.

Someone told me last week that they don't cruise because they would get bored.  Huh?  I don't know how that is even possible.  My problem is that I can't find the time to do everything I want to do and still get in my naps and balcony time.

Roche' is all packed.  He made me do some alterations on his clothing and thongs, he likes them tight now.  Really tight.  His tuxedo is packed too as well as his tiara.  The duck is not thrilled and poor Roche' just wants his big brother to like him.  Maybe they'll bond this week.  That's my hope.

So y'all be good while I am gone and let me hear from you.  You know I'll blog and take photos of course and if there is anyone that looks good to stalk bond with I'll try.  Have a great day.  You sure know I will!

It was so beautiful and warm yesterday but today it is much cooler.  I finally got the car waxed and they did a great job for twenty bucks plus the wash.  I got all packed too so today all I have to do is go see Andre' for my dose of torture workout and then get my hair done.  

Then I'm good to go see a nice big CRUISE ship!  With a piano bar.  And a comedy club.  And Guy Fieri burgers.  And room service.  And a balcony.  And a theatre.  And a salt water pool.  And fish tacos.  And singing waiters in the dining room.  And a cabin steward.  With towel animals and mints on your pillow.  And a whole bunch of other stuff that I love.  Oh, and chilled soups!  Don't forget those!

The duck is fun to go with too because we do our own thing and meet up when we feel like it and respect each other's space and just get along wonderfully.  He's a great cruise buddy.  

Guess I'm a bit excited, can you tell?  Anyway come along and we'll all have some fun...
